Cilantro Thai Express - Carnegie Ave — Restaurant in Cleveland

I really wanted to keep ordering from here because at times, the pad Thai orders are excellent and convenient with it's kitchen being open late. However, they are extremely inconsistent in quality and portions, and don't follow simple instructions such as to include utensils. The most recent order was so spicy that we couldn't even eat it. We like spicy food, and have had it here before, but when the medium spice dish is even hotter than the unbearable level of the high spice, it's just not right. For the additional cost that is included since this is a ghost kitchen, this level of carelessness is just not worth...

Got take out via door dash and the presentation was horrible. The pad Thai was inside of a cardboard carton. By the time it got here the carton was soggy and almost falling apart with the food inside of it, a freaking mess. The spring rolls were decent but came with a little container with hardly enough dipping sauce to cover how many spring rolls were in the order. Very...

Wow — this food is incredible! I’ve eaten at their main restaurant in Akron before and it was fantastic, but I love that this location stays open later. It’s perfect for grabbing a late-night bite that’s actually good — not just fast food. We had the Pad Thai, the fried rice, and the crab rangoons, and everything was absolutely delicious....
