The owner joe is nice but he is a scam artist told me he could make changes to a bed I purchased from his establishment. Once the bed was delivered it was not what I wanted and he told me he would personally come and take care of the issue. For 3 days I waited and called but he kept saying he would try to come but never did. When I called him and explained that my daughter mattress was being delivered in 1-2 days and wanted the issue with the bed fixed before the mattress arrived he told me he would try to come. When I asked for a refund because I felt that he scammed me and wasn’t being true to his word by not coming he refuses to pick up the bed and refund my money and then proceed to lie and say I said I was willing to take a chance on him possibly being able to raise the rail so that the matching trundle would fit. There is no way I said that and would take a chance on something that cost over 500 dollars. Take my advice this establish isn’t worth your time or money. I met the owner Joe, which is absolutely an amazing individual that takes the time with you doesn’t rush you and doesn’t make you feel like you’re a bother asking questions after my first encounter I have made six major purchases from them. My son’s bedroom set my bedroom, set a dining room set as well as dinette set. The thing that I found remarkable about this is I’ve been to value city furniture, and many of the local furniture stores here in Cleveland and their sales reps don’t take the time with you and their products are way overpriced. I guess their regular guy in the warehouse was out when I went to pickup my bed. I was told at the store that the guy at the warehouse was expecting me. We had to wait for him outside for quite awhile. The guy I paid to bring me who had a trailer had to go in the warehouse and move 10 box springs and he had to physically get my bed. I called the store a couple times to say what was happening. Now I took my driver's time from his high paying jobs as an independent contractor putting him behind.
