Herman Park — Attraction in Cleveland

I rate this park FAIR: The park would have been alot more appealing, had the grounds been a bit better kept. The park was strewn with cardboard (!?) and littered with trash, the grass was in need of a mow. The garbage bins were overflowing. One side of the fenced in basketball court was overgrown with a climbing vine and leaned a little. As far as the jungle-gym and sings, they were in ok condition. The most appealing parts of Herman Park are the very sturdy picnic shelter and cement formed picnic tables & benches. As well as the wonderful Geyeser-style fountain in the center of the park for the kids to play in. Herman Park is the best the my babies have been going there for 9 years now and we have not yet had a problem. The person that looks out for this park makes sure they kids safe and our kids and all the kids know him and his wife. Don't believe try it this weekend very...
