I really enjoyed this wonderful museum. I had the honor of meeting Ms. Lisa Miller who explained the history of the museum. When she heard that I was travelling from Cincinnati to visit my birthplace of Cleveland, she gave me an update on how well the city is doing and recommendations of places to visit. What she was too modest to elaborate on was what an accomplished painter she is. (Yes Lisa I did see some of your work in the Bolivar Commercial Spotlight).

You're never too old for model trains, and this layout is extensive. A lot of work has gone into it, and it is continuously growing as different details are added.
The exhibits are interesting and tie into the local and surrounding areas.
The new owners have expanded the gift shop offerings to include products from local artisans.
The best improvement I noticed was a published set of steady hours. In the past, it always seemed like whatever day we went to Cleveland, it would be closed, randomly. Now, with a normal schedule, we are confident we can visit again on our next trip...

Pair it with the Railroad heritage showcasing various historic exhibits and other museum worthy tools and trades of those on the B&O! (And everything else too!)
