This by far is the worse customer service to ever exist in the delta. I was pre-warned not to patronize this restaurant in advance and I must say previous customers were totally correct. We were seated and waited 25 before our beverage order was taken and waited another 29 minutes before we received drinks. After drinks were given the waiter walked away and didn’t return for another 30 minutes to take our food order in which half of the menu was unavailable even though they reopened at 7:00pm and we entered the establishment around 7:30. We had no other choice but to order food that we really don’t come there for.
Our visit was well over 3 hours and the owner and waiters showed no concerned or care about customers because they automatically charge 15% gratuity per customer regardless if there is a tip given or not.
So to sum it all up you have to tip 15% even if you receive the worse customer service . This isn’t fair to myself or any future customers.
I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone !! And also to be clear it was not busy at all so there was no reason for the poor...

The atmosphere was awesome, our waitress was a sweetheart…but the MANAGERS need to take a “customer pleasing” class. They were very rude and not friendly, at all. We all know the customer isn’t always right, that’s cliche’!! But if someone isn’t pleased with their dinner, they should feel comfortable to voice their concerns without being told to never come back!! There were 11 of us, everyone spent over $40.00, easily…it took over 2 hours to get our food. Everything was delicious, but the portions are for kids. Read moreI called 30 min after they opened to make reservations for that night. My friends and I were traveling from another city. We arrived five minutes before the confirmed reservation time. No one checked on us. There was no hostess up front. I had to go and find people to talk to to see what was going on and why there was no one to check us in and seat us. My friends and I stood for fifteen minutes after the employees seemed confused about the reservation and stated that we would be seated. Afterwards, we were told that our booth was given away by mistake and an employee tried to seat us at a small table that was oddly and uncomfortably placed in the middle of traffic. I patronize Black businesses as a priority but the unorganized unprofessionalism that I experienced was highly disappointing....
