Anytime Fitness — Local services in Cleveland

Gym itself is fine. The customer service is down right awful. I travel internationally for work, and I lived in Mexico for most of my contract. I tried going to the anytime fitness in Torreón, Coahuila and the fob didn’t work. There was emails exchange trying to get it to work. I talk to the facility there and they were like you home facility needs to fix the fob issue. The whole issue was going no where. I have a business trip planned to Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. The fob doesn’t work there and I was embarrassed when the other guys I worked with entered no problem. I was frustrated with the membership because I can’t get gym access anywhere I go. I stayed up multiple times during the night (time zone difference) to call when they had office hours and never once got someone to pick up the phone. I return to Mexico from Vietnam. I visit my girlfriends family in Cuidad de Durango, Durango. Fob doesn’t work. I eventually get a hold of the office and they want to charge me for another fob. That pushed me over the edge. I completed the agreed upon contract, but it was never “anytime” fitness because every time I was international, it never worked. After I completed the contract (currently traveling within the US), I am still getting billed and I made it clear that I no longer want their services. A convenient place to work out. Most of the cardio machines have TVs, which is a nice touch (helps pass the time when you're working out). Seems like there are always 2 or 3 which are broken down, which is likely normal at a gym, but it's never super packed so there's always a machine available. My biggest gripe is that there are no showers. That would be helpful. But, it's not a bad place...

As a truck driver I get to visit a lot of gyms in north America and let me tell you this this is the worst anytime I've ever been to. It's dirty 2 elliptical didn't work and the biggest thing that made me mad was they don't have showers. Good this the hotel in town...
