My three year old daughter and I came here to celebrate her good behavior at a meeting she had to go to with me the night before. The person that was working there was helping another customer figure out what kind of fro-yo/ice cream she wanted. She even helped put her toppings on. That was great customer service. While we have always had great experiences at Delta Dairy, I wanted to write about this specific one. It made me happy to see a young person go above and beyond their job...

Delta Dairy serves soft serve ice cream, frozen yogurt, and more, with a wide variety of delicious toppings, in a cute little shop in downtown Cleveland. We were passing through town from Texas and decided to drop in. OMG, this was the best frozen yogurt we have ever had in our entire lives… actually tasted better than any ice cream I’ve ever had. The vanilla was great and the espresso was to die for. My wife said she was getting full. I stole the rest of hers. Oh and, the owner is a doll. Can’t wait to go back...
