Save A Lot — Attraction in Cleveland

Went Grocery Shopping on 10/19/19 with my 3 children 5,7,9 amd my Husband. As we were Checking Out it was brought to our attention that the Plaza was haveing a Trick or Treat for the kids A group of kids came in and went to register 1 and the Lady Gave them Candy... So i told my 3 go ahead and get in line and get a piece of Candy. The Cashier Refused to give them a piece of Candy Cause they were not in a Costume! Which totally Embarrassed my kid so I confronted her and told her so because they are not wearing costume they're unable to get candy she replied yes I told her I said well you don't know every family's situation how do you know the last $100 I just Spend in the store was all that I can afford to get groceries instead of costumes. Her Rude Replay was thats not my Concern! They are not in a Costume so im not giving them Candy. So instead of cause a scene in front of my kids we left with my 5 yr old crying cause she was extremely EMBARRASSED By this Workers actions. I also Stoped at Family Dollar and Before we walked into the Door the young man call the kids over to get Candy without a Costume!!!! I told him what Happened at Save O Lot. He also was Disappointed in the workers actions. And Felt the same way i did. THAT YOU SHOULD NOT JUDGE!! I will never spend another Penny in Your STORE.. YOU NEED TO TRAIN YOUR EMPLOYEES TO NOT BE SO HEARTLESS AND RUDE, BECAUSE THE OTHER STORES IN THE PLAZA HAD NO ISSUE GIVING CANDY TO THEM WITHOUT THEM BEING IN A COSTUME!!!! MY SON SAYS SHE IS A BULLY AND I AGREED CAUSE SHE PASSED JUDGEMENT...

Craziest thing happened to me today I went here around 10:30 a.m. I had a doctor's appointment nearby and the day off of work so I thought I'd stop and get some groceries but I was followed around the store three different times and specially when I got to the frozen food section on the third time there was a gentleman a this time and he pretended like he was fixing the stuff in the open freezers but he kept looking up at me every 10 seconds or so. if I go out to the suburbs I can see this kind of behavior but damn this is my neighborhood the first woman who was watching me pretend that like she was fixing some candy in an aisle and I noticed she kept looking at me but I thought maybe she thought she knew me but the third time I knew for sure what was going on the worst part is when I went to go check out I had to wait about 4 minutes for a cashier to come check me out there was only me and one other person in the store what could they have been doing to keep them busy besides trying to watch me but here's some food for thought I'm a pretty big guy I'm built like a linebacker what do you think you were going to do if I did take something? My brother has been shopping this store for over 5yrs every 2 weeks. He is also a disabled senior who relies on paratransit services. On his last visit Friday Dec.16th, he noted the bench he sits on waiting for his ride service had been removed. No place around to sit as paratransit has been very delayed at times for his ride home. Prolonged standing is not good for him as circulation is a big ongoing medical issue. He ended up having to stand outside in the parking lot with his groceries over 45 min waiting for ride home. He was upset as I am still. Once in the past, paratransit didn't come for 3hours and didn't arrive until 15 min before store closing. I'm sure there are other disabled customers who used the bench also. So now he does not want to shop here anymore as I need to find stores that will have an accomodation while he's waiting for ride service. I am...
