Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Cleveland

If I could leave no stars I would. Placed my order at 7:15 my pizza didn't arrive until 8:14..... Never received my order status updates and my confirmation email was vague I honestly thought I had been scammed for a while. When I called to see what was taking so long the phone connection was horrible and after telling me it'll be on the there in a few minutes I was hung up on. Contacted paps customer service as my pizza looked horrible, was dry tasted like cardboard and definitely thin crust although I didn't order that. No toppings like who puts that little on a pizza?? altho I asked for extra spinach. the wings i order were oddly tiny like boneless but I ordered bone in! Filled out the form was told I'd hear from management within 48 hours... still nothing. I will never order from another Papa John's again especially this location. The delivery guy told me he was down stairs said I would meet him I'm coming down, 5 minutes passed no one had entered the building I assumed he went up the elevator. Called him back went to voicemail! Finally after texting he answered saying he was still in his car! I asked him where my pizza was? Said he had left my pizza on the bench inside my apartment buildings entryway.... Never received such horrible service in my life. Although I have eaten many a time at this location, this was the first time in 2020. My experience was the worst! From the moment I went in to pick up my pizzas, I should have known better. The woman making the pizza was making them with bare hands! But since my kids were starving I took the chance & just grabbed up my 3 specialty pizzas & a small cheese. We quickly went home to devour them with enthusiasm only to realize to much disappointment, these pies were sub par! They were not delicious in fact they were pretty bad. For.a fraction of the price I could of gotten little ceasers, they're not the best but they are consistent. The philly cheesesteak pizza had almost not meat & all we tasted was the green peppers& & butter sauce, the bbq chicken pizza was also skimped on & was dry with little chicken, the cheese pizza was the only decent one. After we ate what we could we took turns rushing to the bathroom! This pizza had caused gastric distress &the only good part of this tale is that we got to put my new bidet to plenty of use we all have had the rhea all night! Edit 9/12/25 ordered online and showed up to one person only working with the printer of orders near the floor and three plus customers waiting one person was told even though his order was printed properly close to mine he would have to wait 20 minutes still before he got his order and as this is not the first time I have had this problem it shows that papa John's doesn't care about customer service or it's store's so this is the last time I ever order from papa John's... The company should be ashamed of itself. Ordered online and it said it would be ready when I got there it was not even in the oven and there was only one guy working in there no extra help and did not even appear to be a manager there plus the menu screens were not even turned on,this is the second Friday I have gone to this location and only the same guy doing everything,this is not acceptable two other people came in and were told their food was not ready yet this is disrespectful to both the person working and us the customer,we expect more from Papa Johns pizza,they can keep the...
