When they mess up your order, know it was their fault, throw rice container with rice in it across the counter towards you and start yelling you know you have come to the wrong place. After that they only wanted to give us a replacement order not a refund. Why so you could spit in my food? or worse? Then the woman say sarcastically oh ya because the customer is always right? um yes. you messed up our order. I ordered pork fried rice. I got white rice. didn't eat any of the order and brought it back. I ordered broccoli and shrimp and only got the broccoli. Then they call me a M* F. No joke. Called me that when they messed up my order. True the customer may not always be right but in this case we were. I didn't get what I ordered. after being yelled at for alerting them to the issue politely I am refused a refund??? Never again. Word of advice...

Terrible service. I ordered from them and apparently they delivered it to the wrong house and made it out to be my fault. When I called to politely ask them how it was going, they yelled at me and they said they knocked on the door and nobody answered but I had been waiting outside the entire time. They weren't even on our street because I easily would have heard them knocking on someone else's door. I tried to explain that it wasn't my house they were at but they just yelled at me some more and hung up on me. I'm lucky I ordered through GrubHub and was able to get a refund through them, otherwise I'd have no food and no money. Like, sorry for not answering someone else's door, I guess? My address was right too because it hasn't changed in years and this isn't the first time I've ordered from them. I will never order...

The most unprofessional experience I have had in Cleveland. Ordered for delivery and was told it would take about an hour. 1 hour and 40 minutes later still no food. When I called to request an amount of time they told me that they would refund my money. When I asked what had happened they began yelling at me and hung up. I called back to ask if they were still going to attempt to deliver my food and the worker yelled that they would refund my money and hung up again. Previously I was never called to say whether my food had arrived or that it would not be delivered. I was shocked and surprised by how they handled all sides of the situation. Very unprofessional and very rude. Disappointed that I was not able to find my place for Chinese delivery or take out in Cleveland. Any...
