China Kitchen — Restaurant in Cleveland

Usually I don’t have an issue here but today I placed an order for 2 egg rolls and fried wontons, I quickly realized that was a mistake and I called back 2 minutes later and asked to change that to crab Rangoon.. when I arrive the price seemed higher then usual I was asking about it before he slid my card but he was so irritated for no reason he charged me any way and immediately began to yell at me because he knew he was wrong!! although I’m still calm just trying to figure out the issue he’s yelling and saying no refunds and I’m still confused and not upset at all still simply asking what I paid for, he tells me then I allow him to know I re verified the order and he said he had it right.. he throws my food at me so I throw back his tip jar he comes around the corner swinging it was all ridiculous I have never been treated so terribly!! Then his family didn’t even understand what was happening so they assumed I was in the wrong when I never escalated the situation until he threw my food at me 💀💀💀 they have had my family and I business for years, NEVER AGAIN . U will be assaulted for telling them they over charged u. Like you gave me meat sir, IM A VEGETARIAN 💀💀💀💀 OTHER CUSTOMERS WITNESSED IT ALL AND LEFT DUE TO HOW...

I ordered chicken Fried Rice at this restaurant, they ended up triple charging me for a small portion of fried rice... they didn't know how to use and scan a debit card.... at first they asked my card back because it looked like they made a mistake, than I looked on my phone that they double charged me, I asked them to fix it but instead they incised that it did not go through and asked for my card again, triple charging me. I filed a claim with my bank but if it wont go through, I will take it to the court. They played sneaky games while I sit outside the car they even closed the shop early and looked at me strange through the window and counter like they knew they made mistake....I advise highly to avoid eating here and that there are better restaurants...

This place is horrible. I ordered BONELESS SOARE RIBS I GOT BONE IN RIBS!!! They stains my fingers fingers!!!! When I called I had to repeat my order 5 times and then when I got there I had to wait for my order as they said on 15 min mind you it took me almost 25 min to get there! I asked them is the boneless spare ribs where in there and the guy shoved his whole hand in there and said they are right there messing everything up in the bag after I asked for extra duck sauce. Being EXTREMELY IGNORANT!!! When I got there looks to be a 15 year old behind the counter taking money and answering phone calls!!!! Will be reporting this if I don’t get some kind of compensation or something for this order. This is ridiculous and...
