Save A Lot — Local services in Cleveland

I'm Happy that there is a Save-A-Lot but the problem is not the food the food is very delicious and great and a fresh quality the problem comes with waiting in line it seems that when you're on the east side all the stores are slower and their less employees when you're on the west side in the poor neighborhoods or shall I say the more urbanized communities it's the same way when you go to the suburbs they have enough staff the lines weight is lesser and is believed that the people who own save a lots need to get it together and stop treating the urbanized communities like they do put more staff at the registers have more selections and just be more courteous to the urbanized communities and stop trying to characterize people by where they live and place more employees and all stores and again I have no problem with the food quality the food police great I shop at Save-A-Lot all the time I just hate waiting in those long lines in the employees they never complain they have very good employees that is another thing that I want to talk about they have very good employees and they never complain was Save-A-Lot up...

I cant believe how rude the manager is. I place my groceries on the belt MIND YOU i had a total of 5 items the most. Manager said “take those items off my belt” ??? The next person was almost finished sooo why shouldn’t i put my items on belt? After i pay, i asked for a bag. Then she tells me “you have 5 items and you need a bag?” OBVIOUSLY I NEEDED A BAG LADY. i dont know why she even questioned me. I ask for a receipt and she even told me no. That “manager” was rude and beyond unprofessional!!! Just so unnecessary. I will never go back. The place looks very dirty and dusty. Also seen green and mold on the steaks. Gross. Grossss. I would not recommend this...

Major Issue with this Store Location was the Lack of Cashier (s) to Check out store customers !!! Only ONE (1) was on duty. When I got into the check out links, there was only TWO (2) customers in line. When an ADDITIONAL cashier arrived the Check out Line was almost to the back of the store...filling up almost a complete product isle. !!! WHAT TOOK ME TWO MINUTES TO PICK OUT...RESULTED IN ALMOST A 25 MINUTE WAIT TO BE CHECKED OUT BY A CASHIER !!! UNACCEPTABLE, APPARENTLY THE STORE MANAGER / SUPERVISOR WAS SHORT STAFFED ??? DESPITE REQUESTS FROM CUSTOMERS IN LINE TO ADD...
