The comment is for the one time I wanted to try something different. Im the the stick to the item I like person. And that's the chicken philly, no Mayo, take it home and put some miracle whip on it. Perfect. On this day I tried the boneless chicken and fries with sauce. I got in my car and wanted to try the chicken. First off it was nothing like the pictured advertisement. Far from it. Come on people isn't that the biggest disappointment? Secondly I like my food hot so I will eat in my car in a heartbeat to have it like I want. The chicken was cold and the sauce was terrible. I walked it right back in there. Im not mad but I really would like for you to rectify this problem in a timely matter. But nope the young lady has to keep examining it, as if i'm trying to do something nefarious, I just left out of the store. Then, she has to take it to the manager who has to perform the same ritual. He tells me okay, but that's how they are.I said, I want some hot food. He takes care of it. Do you believe that he turned around and gave him the same pre cooked chicken In the second order. Now that blew my appetite. I took it back and now, just give me my money back. This is unacceptable. I've never went back in...

SIDE NOTE: to you 1 star reviewers, a mistake happens every once in a while ESPECIALLY, when your entire crew had only been doing the job a week or 2, that shouldn't earn a permanent bad review. So: to those who want to know frlm someone who is a repeat visitor:

I have been to charleys many times, many places, this one in Particular is AMAZING. Especially for being a new store, I will drive iut if my way to come to this one specifically because the food always, always, comes out looking exactly the same, as in picture perfect, the proportions of meat are always correct, toppings proportionate to the meat, you can tell there's care in the making of the sandwiches. Sure, I can go to any charleys and get the same meat on the same bun etc, but trust me when I tell you it makes a HUGE difference when it's done right, and proportionate, fresh and hot etc. And in a world where finding a fast food place that can even get ur order right, let alone it barely being like warm, overpriced for what comes out looking like an inside out cheeseburger or nuggets I can Crack concrete with etc. This place right here is ON POINT, and I suggest it to EVERYONE. Stopped for a to go sandwich for work was a little rushed they took forever the girl at the window was really nice but it looked like way to many people in the back how many people are needed to make a sandwich it seemed like a party in there way to laud. Finally got my food got to work and my sandwich was good but the loaded fries barely had any loading the girl said you have fresh fries and that’s why it took so long but the fries where the worst part! If I’m paying for cheese sauce and bacon on the fries put some on there like are you running low that you have to put a small squirt on the fries ridiculous! I’m gonna give this place another try, the employees need to get it together I know this place is in the hood but Charley’s isn’t know for hood employees keep that stuff at home!
