Tasty scoopz — Attraction in Clifton Heights

I went there with my dad for a pretty horrible experience we went there cause we live like a street away and wanna see why it gets so much hipe so we get there and we look at the menu the prices where pretty cheap so I guess that was good so we order I get a milkshake and my dad gets some water ice so we go and sit down in the seating area and we wait and wait it took so long for or ice cream to come out it took like a half an hour so while we where waiting my dad went into the place next door it was like a game store the place was really cool tbh but that doesn’t matter so yk and we eventually get our ice cream and I start to drink my milkshake and it tastes like soap like soap and it didn’t even taste anything like the flavor I got (I got cookies and cream but doesn’t matter) so then my dad gets his food he sais that it tastes like soap and very artificial like VERY artificial so we sit there in the seats and I try his he wasn’t exadorating it was SO bad so we just left we didn’t even finish it. They take forever even if the order is small and they’re always randomly closed even if it says they’re open online. One time the lady who works there left and told my friends and I that it would be a 10 minute wait because she had to get her little sister from school.. (it was definitely about a 30 minute wait) it’s sad how ghetto they are because we were planning on being regulars and coming there weekly but we can’t be regulars if they’re always randomly closed!!!!!!!! We also appreciated the affordable prices but I guess it’s so cheap because the service sucks!!!! Please don’t ever waste your time coming here because they might not even be open when you decide to come even if it says they’re open online!!! They don’t leave a note or anything !!! They also take forever no matter how small your order is. We wanted to support a black owned business but unfortunately they’re living up to the negative stereotypes even after giving them multiple chances. Extremely disappointing and I won’t...

Pretty negative experience. I paid 18 bucks including tipping the staff. I waited and waited and waited. We were with another family. They got their stuff right away. We waited….The 4 people that ordered behind me got all their stuff… we waited and waited. There were 4 staff behind the counter. I was upset because my son sat and watched his friend eat his ice cream, patiently waited and when we finally inquired 15 -20 minutes later, they tell my son they don’t have what he initially ordered. All he wanted was a dipped cone. They take 2 minutes to make and we stood around all that time for them to tell my kid after he waited so patiently that they didn’t have what he wanted. They threw his ice cream together and it was dripping like crazy bc their ice cream can’t support dipped topping. If you do go here, don’t get a dipped cone.
