Dundee Dam — Attraction in Clifton

Dundee Dam is near Clifton area and Newark. It is very peaceful and hardly has any crowd. The view is just dam. Parking for the dam is available outside but very limited slots. It is not a picnic place where you can have food, since the water and plants around it seems to be home for many insects. I won’t suggest to bring small kids in this dam. There is no fencing and if not taken care kids might be at risk.!

There is a park around it where you can hear water flow sound and walk in nature. Park is really nice for serene view and walk. Relaxation is good option...

10/26/2026 Happened upon this germ after a sunday breakfast out it was a very peaceful area and what made it better was there wasnt a bunch of people there at the time. Great place to sit and collect your thoughts or seat with a friend or partner and talk. There is also a playground thats a few feet away if you want to take your kids somewhere...
