I could not have had a more pleasant and rewarding experience than I recently had shopping at Morre Lyons! I recently purchased my first Rolex from them, and prior to doing so, had learned of the store through relatives who had previously went there, raved about their experiences and recommended visiting and speaking to them before going to any other authorized dealer. When I first walked into the store, I did not let on who my relatives were, and regardless, each of the staff members could not have been nicer and more helpful. It was clear that every staff member had expert level knowledge regarding Rolex watches, were able to answer all my questions, and really took the time to help me make the right decision as to the model for me while treating me like family. Needless to say, when I did select a model I preferred, they were instrumental in helping me get itas soon as possible, and to say I was overjoyed when I got the call that the watch arrived is an understatement. This was some of the best service I've ever encountered in any type of business and I highly recommend Morre Lyons to anyone looking to...
Read moreI called around looking for a Professional Steel Rolex. Every place I called promptly said no and that was the end of the conversation. I called Morre Lyons Jewelers. I got the same answer, but this time Karen wanted to know what I was looking for and would let me know when it comes in. I decided it was worth a trip to visit. Karen showed me around the cases. There was nothing. While I was looking though, a kind gentleman Alan offered me a beverage. Having the itch to get back to wearing Rolex again, I broke down and bought a DateJust out of impulse and because of kindness and professionalism of Karen. Karen is wonderful. I gave her my Professional want list and hopefully will here from her soon. Next up, the sizing of the watch, that’s when I met Linda, one of the owners. We hit it off instantly when I signed my receipt with my Special Edition MontBlanc James Dean pen. Linda wanted to see the pen and then we had great conversation as if we had been friends for years. Hands down this will be my current and future home of my Rolex purchases. I am just sorry I didn’t know about this...

Rang the bell wearing work jeans and a hoodie and I could tell before she opened the door, the clerk (a short-haired blond woman mentioned in at least one other review) was not thrilled to see me. I removed my hood immediately upon on entering the store. I smiled and said I had a few questions, then asked to speak with a jeweler. The clerk, who seemed annoyed I wanted a jeweler and not her, was extremely impolite and told me “I’m not a jeweler but I’ve been here 22 years so I know the business.” Writing her words does not capture the utter disdain in her voice. I turned and left without another word. As I opened the door to leave, I told the clerk she was impolite and that I’d find another jeweler.
Not that it matters, but I went in to have my wedding ring re-sized and to potentially commission a custom ring to replace one my wife lost. I wasn’t sure if they do custom pieces, but 30 seconds with this woman made me decide to ask...
