Richfield Shopping Center — Attraction in Clifton

Richfield Shopping Center is one very convenient location to do your shopping in. I have used several of the current businesses many times over the years, and rarely encounter any problems. Currently, the Dunkin Donuts, Rite Aid, Hallmark, and Off The Grill, are my favorites. I used to frequent the old yogurt store that closed down about five years ago, and my favorite place all time in this center, was a place called Rosemary's Donuts. (This goes back to the 60s, 70s, and into the early 80s.) Long gone, but still fondly remembered for having the absolute best...

Wish this plaza was better. The plaza has everything you may need. Except the customer service experience. UPS store have it together. Everywhere else, disaster. Potential to ruin your great mood or day. The Dunkin’ & Village Pizza are the worst of them. Terrible terrible experiences. I drive 10 minutes past this place just to get better service. I’ve never been satisfied leaving these locations. Either staffing/management issues or poorly run back of the mill storefronts with no desire to provide better service to the community they are in....

Nov 2022: currently prepping for Christmas with specific lines for Amazon. Unfortunately customers have no clue what they are doing causing long lines when it comes to Amazon returns. This is the UPS Store not Amazon. Please read the Amazon screen and follow those instructions. If you have an UPS label YOU are responsible for packaging. If you have a QR code you are not. Very annoying for other customers as well as the UPS store employees!!!
