Consistently bad service and mediocre food/bagels. This place is worth avoiding. Employees have no real manager so they don’t care how long it takes to make your food. There are always people waiting around for their food but the employees will give the wrong food to people and not care. Have waited 30+ minutes on multiple occasions for 2 breakfast sandwiches and they just don’t care that they gave one of the sandwiches to somebody else with the same order and then had to remake the sandwich and almost gave away the second one to another customer. The front counter team should be fired. One of them left my credit card in the machine behind the counter for 3-4 minutes and then realized he ‘forget to process’ it. Then left the card in the machine again and came back after making somebody else’s food and told me it was declined. It was declined because it timed out. He tried to argue with me that it had no money and he loudly said ‘No dinero’ and actually smiled about it. I told him to run it again but don’t just leave it in the machine. He did it again, walked away and started making another sandwich! I couldn’t believe it. Another employee came up and tried to take my order—I told him I need my card back now. Suddenly my card worked fine. If you can’t get an order right, on time, give it to the customer and take a payment- you can’t serve food and don’t deserve...

I don’t like to leave low review ratings but I’m trying to stay honest and get a good quality food what I paid for. Customers service here is not bad but they never apologized for my wrong order. I ordered to pick up via UberEats, I received a notification that my order is ready so I went to this place and waited another 5 minutes because place was busy. When I asked about my order they started rushing because they never even started it, so I had to wait around 8-10 minutes to get my order of two sandwiches. So I got my order and when I opened one of my sandwiches in the car it was “ketchup and black pepper missing”. I added it and I still have in my order history that I did customized it, I don’t mind to put it myself but I was in such a rush and if it’s so convenient to use an app where you can just request such a thing, I don’t understand why this simple thing was missing. I returned back to this place and showed them my sandwich and said it’s missing ketchup and black pepper, the lady just handed me a ketchup and went to check my order if I was right or wrong, so she saw I was right and she made pretend I’m not there anymore and I never got my apologies. I don’t think I’m ever returning to this...

I try to come here every week. It's nice to have just a "normal" deli in town, especially on the west side. (As you can see from my reviews, I'm not a fan of hype over practicality 😊). Staff is friendly and they get to know you, and care about you as their customer. Bagels are good of course - and I like that their burgers are not huge. It's silly, but I got excited when they started selling rainbow bagels. Prices are reasonable given the state of prices in general. It's much better coming here for a normal meal than paying for an expensive restaurant...
