Pete and his brother were incredible helpful and knowledgeable. Backstory My fiancee and I had originally purchased a engagement ring from Kay and we were not happy with it once we got it back from being sized. There was a large inclusion that was visible from the top of the diamond. So after attempting to have Kay fix the problem which the manager tried too we started shopping around. After going to several independent jewelers, we discovered how much the diamond we bought from Kay was actually worth and it was significantly less than what we paid (approx. 1/2 purchase price) so we decided that we would return the one to Kay and get another ring. Bogazy Jewelry Pete and his brother were extremely helpful when we came into his store to look at another ring. He had in his shop a nicer quality diamond in color and clarity than the one Kay sold us. Also Kay's stated that their diamond was an F color and the one we purchased thru Pete is a G-H color and the diamond from Pete looks much clearer than Kay's (Pete's was also nicer clarity). His brother was able to set the diamond and size the ring within 24 hours of us purchasing it. Also the price of the ring was lower than that of Kay's. Pete is a people person who enjoys having his customers come in and discuss jewellery or everyday things, he treats the customers as friends of his instead of just a sales number like Kay did for us. I recently visited Bogazy Fine Jewelry for the first time as recommended by a friend . There are not enough adjectives I could use to describe how pleased I was with their service. The owner was very pleasant, professional and extremely helpful by explaining carefully what needed to be done.

Recently I visited a jeweler on Harper in St,Clair Shores and purchased a $6000 necklace with a diamond heart. A few months later I went in to inquire about having the diamond in my ring replaced with a larger one. I was told “no” with no explanation and I left feeling embarrassed for having asked.

Recently at the recommendation of a friend, I visited Bogazy’s on 16 and Gratiot . It was the best decision I could have made. We were warmly received , treated as though we were regular returning customers. Pete, indicated that he could definitely change the diamond and even put the old diamond onto a necklace. He explained in detail what would be done and was told it would be completed the same week. He also indicated that if I was not happy, he would make changes or give me a refund.

At the end of the week, we picked up my beautiful ring and necklace, I was amazed at the beautiful work that had been done. I have received so many compliments about them . Bogazy’s Fine Jewelry will, from now on ,be my store for jewelry purchases.

I have been knowing Pete for about 15 years and he has made pieces for many of my family members. These brothers are amazing there is nothing that can’t do. I have finally had the pleasure of allowing my personal jeweler to create for me my own unique work of art that I absolutely LOVE!! My fiancé said he wanted a ring that when people saw it they would know have an idea of just how much he loves me. Pete and Victor you did just that, you know I love y’all to the moon and back.
