Sound Supply Car Audio — Attraction in Clinton Township

Matt is a great guy n to deal with very upfront & won't just try sell you something like some shops around. it's nice to actually have a solid upfront honest audio shop with great prices. this will now be my go to from now on. Matt got me setup with a wiring kit for my 2nd battery xs power d5100 I also got from him n gave me great price everything out the door. it's nice to see companies LIKE DD , Sundown , ground zero etc.....not just kicker JL the overpriced no where near quality of the underground companies. Sound supply will be only audio shop I will even suggest to anyone I know around...

Do not go here!!!! Hey tried putting multiple radios in my car and then sent me out with one I paid for it. Then when I went to leave no sound coming from speakers the guy said it was doing that in the shop!!! If it was doing that in the shop why would you send it out and make someone pay for it? They put back in my stock radio with half my dash lose and my rear speakers not hooked up. I went in there with the intentions to have an aftermarket radio and left with a mess up up dash and radio that sounds worse than it did when I showed up smh worst...

Customer service is non-existent. The worker literally walked past me after I came in, no "I'll be with you in a second" or anything. I actually was in the middle of calling them as I was standing there to make him come out and answer the phone so I could get some service when he finally walked out lol. Quoted a ridiculous price for new radio installation which I don't need. Also made me back out my own car from their garage instead of pulling it up to the front, and for some reason took my car...
