I can’t express the gratitude I feel after receiving my custom pendants! I called this jeweler after a coworker recommended them however it was a day that their store was closed so I had to leave a message. I received a call back bright and early the next business day. The owner was extremely attentive and made sure that he fully understood what I was requesting. He assured me that he could bring my vision to life. Fast forward two weeks later, I received a call saying that my order was ready.

The location is very easy to find and there is plenty of parking. The store is very clean and there was hand sanitizer at the door as soon as you enter. Yes, a face mask is required. I was greeted with a huge smile as I waited my turn. When I got to the counter, I gave my name and they retrieved my pendant. IT WAS ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL! Everything I could have imagined! It sparkled and the detail was out of this world. They even put it in a beautiful gift box for me.

I have been searching for over 14 years to find a jeweler that could recreate my badge. Seems easy enough but everyone I went to couldn’t create exactly what I wanted and if they could, they wanted an arm and my first born in exchange. This place surpassed my expectations and saved me tons of money because they charged hardly nothing to make it.

Since I’ve received my pendant I’ve gotten so many compliments and have sent so many coworkers their way. I returned and purchased 3 more for my family members. If you are still reading, of-course you can conclude that I highly recommend Liberty Jewelry!!

He really listens, makes adjustments as needed, and is unbelievably patient and professional throughout. The outcome is a beautiful custom made piece of jewelry to treasure for a lifetime. Eric is absolutely the best. He designed and made necklaces from my mother’s engagement ring for all her granddaughters- and recently designed and made a gold charm for my “heirloom” charm bracelet, based off a cheap but “meaningful” plastic bracelet.
