I can not speak highly enough about how amazing Beach Electric has been at solving my electrical problem. Last weekend I lost all power in my condo. Plus, I smelled smoke. After making sure power was cut off at the meter, I called Beach Electric. One of their technicians, Rusty, stopped by after he had finished his shift for the day. He opened up my breaker box and discovered some melted breakers and scorching. He said you were very close to having a major fire. Rusty also explained that any time scorching is found in a box, they have to replace everything in the box. Since my condo is old, he said it may take several days to get the parts. I was distressed to hear this but can't blame Beach Electric. Rusty then reworked my breaker box to move some key breakers to areas that were not damaged to allow me to have power to some basics (lights, fridge, AC). He told me to expect a call from Beach Electric about scheduling the new install. However, the next day I get a call from Beach Electric asking if Rusty could stop by after work...said he had an idea. About 5pm Rusty showed up and told me had been worrying over how long it was going to take to repair my panel and that he had talked with his boss and he was going to just rebuild my entire panel. Rusty disconnected every wire from every breaker. Completely stripped all equipment out of my old box. Then replaced everything with new parts. Rewired everything. Put all the breakers back in. And, as it was now night, he did it in the dark with a flashlight and a small worklight... and he completed this work in only 90 minutes! And just like that I had 100% of power back in a perfectly working panel. I truly watched a professional work today and it was such a pleasure. Without hesitation, everyone at Beach Electric from Karla to Rusty were wonderful and will be the only company I use or recommend for electrical work. Oh...I just got the bill and it...
Read moreWill never use them again. We were told that the bill would be $300, $350 at the very most. The worker didn't bring a few of the parts, I myself ran to the store for the parts. He was supposed to run the wire through the wall but instead he decided to simply put a tube on the outside of the wall. It looks terrible. My husband could have done that himself, but we decided to pay someone so it was done the right way. When he was done he said the total was $392!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Considering we supplied some of the parts and at the most it should have been $350, $392 is not acceptable at all. We are very upset about this; the worker said, well I didn't stop working. Hahaha, are you kidding me, whether he stopped working or not, he didn't bring the right parts and he didn't do the job like he was supposed to. Plus, if you tell a customer that they should be paying $300-$350 you don't charge them $392 and we bought some of the parts used. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!! It's unfortunate too; we just moved in and need a few more receptacles added to our house. I would like them done correctly though,...
Read moreAfter Hurricane Milton came through it caused a tall Maple, split it and it fell onto our power line and that yanked it from our fpl/ home electric boxes that are attached to the side of the home. After asking several friends to recommend an electrician, one showed up, & showed out! Refused to do the work over personal Politics!, (sign in my yard), another friend of ours recommended Beach Electric, & we Are so thankful they did. Professionals are a minor statement. Rick was very helpful and solution oriented!, His certified electricians came and saw, then went right to work. They did the legal permit aspect of it and completed the job with brand new equipment updated & installed. I highly recommend this Company, we couldn't be happier! 6 days without electricity isn't for woosies! Ray & Crystal Rogan Thanks...
