Stayed in Rm-507 sept 16-21. Area is excellent. Management (Santagati) and his minion tried to extort $500. from my credit card for damages that i reported the same night i checked in with 12 pictures in an email. Checked in 10:30pm and inspected the condo and email him with all pictures. As a retired disabled vet. I can not allow this to happen to anyone else. Please make sure you check behind sofas, doors etc. Anthony Santagati is nothing more than a condo slumlord. I stop this slumlord from trying to extort $500. from my credit card by cancelling it and hope he would take the next step. I'm asking all Veterans and others to watch out for this hustler. All Remember, when renting from SANDCASTLES CONDOS, take photos immediately of damages and refrain from renting from this SLUMLORD... Don't come with kids. The pool police do not allow splashing or toys. They'll kick you out. Specifically Janice in 504, who feels she owns the complex. Horrible experience after she harassed my children for jumping in the pool with the other 4 drunken ladies that were inconvenienced sitting on the entire stairs. They then went on to sip their drink, which "no food or drinks" is on their rules. Janice attempted to take it in her own hands to reprimand my children while I was sitting poolside. Then, she proceeded to call the property manager. This place is uncomfortable and disgusting for families. I have videos of her then talking up some 14 year old, or looks so, boys at nearly 10pm in the pool that were clearly uncomfortable. Deplorable. Janice lives in unit 504 and likes to think your money spent here does not fit her agenda. Janice, "the pool monitor", acted in many disgusting ways this evening and hope I can get the information out to anyone that may be looking into renting any of these properties. She is here every night acting like this, according to the property manager that I spoke with. To be mentioned, there were witnesses that spoke ok this behalf before during and after the events tonight. Do not visit Sandcastles Resort if you have a family or wish to enjoy the accommodations advertised....
