Beachside Candy — Attraction in Cocoa Beach

While on vacation in Cocoa Beach, Florida, we stopped by a local gem — Beachside Candy — and I’m so glad we did! From the moment we walked in, the owner was incredibly welcoming and friendly, which made the experience even sweeter.

They have an amazing variety of treats, from fruity gummy candies and jelly beans to rich, delicious chocolate. One of the highlights was their homemade freeze-dried candies — the freshness was unbeatable, and the flavor was so natural compared to some of the overly artificial-tasting commercial products out there.

They also make dirty sodas (soda with extra flavor shots and mix-ins), and I have to admit — I was surprised at how much I loved it! It was flavorful, refreshing, and such a fun twist on a classic drink.

My boyfriend and I stopped in on our walk and were immediately greeted with a smile and such a welcoming atmosphere. The lady at the desk was happily giving samples and educating us on the process of how they make the freeze dried candy… Some of the best we’ve ever had! She even went as far as giving a sample of freeze dried candy that they aren’t even selling yet. Their candy selection is one of the best and I was pleasantly surprised to see they have a sugar free section! I am sugar free and it felt so amazing to be included in the experience of picking out candy in a candy store, I’ve never seen that anywhere else. We will definitely be missing this store once we head home to NY and will be going back once more to make sure we head home with more of their candy to hold us over until the next time...

So I stopped in at this candy store today and was greeted by a very sweet lady offering samples of their freeze dried candy. It was so delicious. Then I met the owners who gave a great recommendation to try their freeze dried fruit roll up with marshmallow fluff and they did not disappoint. Absolutely Amazing!!
