Very helpful, knowledgeable employees, when I first went there about a year ago.How ever took them over 2 months to fix my couch when I paid for the extended warranty, they ordered the wrong parts for my couch they were brown and my couch was black ok mistake but when they say they have the parts an is suppose to be at my house in 30 min to fix it and I get a call saying that they lost the parts because they moved the store around. Needless to say I told them to come get all the stuff I had full living room set with tables and lamps,deep freezer, and a laptop. I was told that someone would be out at my house last Monday after 4 pm wait all night til 715ish and decide to call to find out what happens to be told they didnât have anyone to pick up the stuff and say they can come on Thur or Friday weâll my day off is Monday n my husband is Tuesday so today they came to pick up my stuff had to call to make sure yesterday that they were going to be there.    Read moreBuddyâs is a business that preys on those in venerable financial situations. If you pay on time, theyâre nice and go out of their way to con you into getting more stuff. If youâre late, they violate every ethical code there probably is. On numerous occasions they have called me from their personal cell phones and blocked numbers, charged different credit cards WITHOUT any sort of permission, and make sure to come to my house when theyâre disrupting my familyâs meal time at 6PM. Sean does not care about his customers, he ONLY cares about his sales and will make anything sound like a good idea so he can meet those sales. Sean has ignored multiple notes made in the computer to never charge my cards without permission, and then did so anyways. Getting in contact with corporate is near impossible too. Once I do, you can bet names, call logs, bank statements, etc. will be shared with them. Buddyâs is a waste of time and money and those that work there and condone treating people this way are simply not good...
   Read moreOk... this has been the worse since I been dealing with them. I have never had an issue with any company. Me and my other half found a sofa that we fell in love with and decided to get it. Now I wish I never did. First when got to use we could tell it wsnt something we wanted but we kept it. We'll I started receiving letter saying company is in bankruptcy and still getting them. I have also paid on time. My couch recliner been broken 2 maybe even 3 months and they say they order the part it's on back order then it was coming then it's not then it's on backorder... they cant get their story together. Their manager is nasty to employer and to customer.... they say I ruin the couch but if you see it it's fine beside the one side that they yet to fix!
Please run to another rental place because they are definitely not worth it, dont keep their word and treat their costumer rudely even...
