Management here is a joke will never be back and never even played a hand. I arrived and asked if a 1/2 table was available and I was told I’d be forth on the waiting list okay so far so good . . 26 mins later (I know the exact wait time because the manager corrected me keep reading) so again 26 mins pass I go from number 4 to number 3 on the waitlist there is now a waitlist of SIXTEEN people to play 1/2!?!? No new table started the two kids at the front just shrug it off so I walk over to a manager just for an explanation it’s my first time there coming from gulf stream I never wait more than 5 mins to get on a table and how there’s 16 players waiting how you don’t start a new table! So the fatter manager shrugged it off told me I probably wasn’t really waiting 40 mins so he checked 26 mins to move up one spot and 15 other ppl waiting to play he kinda explained he has 4 dealers but a tournament about to start (do these nightly tournaments ever go bigger than 2 tables? NO) anyways I leave it alone say okay express it’s still a long wait as I’m walking away the manager gets slick and says “yea you haven’t been waiting no 40 mins we’ll worry about it when you have been” 😂 I feel sorry for those 15 ppl no clue how long they waited I walked out will never be back drove down to the Isles seated immediately. The fact this was the way the manager handles the situation I will never be back there’s bad employees everywhere but they can’t be the ones encharge....

I would like to start by saying I have been playing in this room for the past two months, have spent 70+ hrs there during that time and tonight has made me finally feel like it was necessary to write a review to warn other poker players to avoid this room at all cost. Drive to Pompano or down to the Hard Rock you will be treated better. Just spent over an hour at a table where the dealer was allowing players to bet out of turn and raise without warning them or making any mention of them breaking the rules. I brought this to the attention of the dealer (after the player acted out of turn 4 hands in a row)and then the player who was acting out of turn began to threaten me with violence for calling him out, then after threatening me, the floor gives him a warning and allows him to continue playing. If this sounds like a place you’d like to play….. go right ahead. I will never play here again. I come to this casino every week to play poker and EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. I get HARRASED by at least 5 people for my ID. After giving my ID and Players Card I wanted to buy a drink. I’m 24, I’m well over the age limit to drink. As I’m waiting for my first mimosa Here comes this rude lady with red hair and fake British accent demanding to see my ID. I told her I was already ID’d and security said I was good. But she didn’t care. I pulled out my ID and players card Again for her to look at and this lady REFUSED to take it and then DENIED me ‘access’ to alcohol because she didn’t want to take my ID. How does that make sense??? So even though I’m legal/old enough and I showed ID I’m not allowed to drink? They need NEW managers in this casino that DON’T HARASS REGULAR CUSTOMERS. Or at least a better system when it comes to having someone’s ID checked. I Most Definitely WONT be coming back here. HARDROCK CASINO in HOLLYWOOD FL is wayyyyy better with their hospitality.
