I am mortified with the experience I had. First, the night before my appointment (7/12) I received a text message at 10:38 PM if I could come at 10: 00 AM (7/13) instead. My appointment was scheduled for 6:00 PM. In all my years of getting my nails done this has never occurred. I found it unprofessional to be honest. I politely declined as I had church during that time and errands to run. I disclosed the earliest I could come was 3:00 PM. I was asked to come at 4:30. I agreed. When I arrived at her requested time she was doing someone else’s pedicure. That should have been the second sign to simply leave but I was still hopeful. No apology or acknowledgment of running behind was ever given. I didn’t get serviced until 5:05 PM. Per her rules if the shoe was on the other foot I would be considered a “no show” after 20 minutes. I was asked what I wanted done despite uploading it via the booking site. If Jay was unable to do what I wanted she could’ve communicated it. What she ended up doing is unacceptable and a let down. I booked the birthday freestyle. My birthday being the next day (7/14) and being stressed out was not on my bingo board. After paying $130 I am at a loss of words. I did reach out to Jay vocalizing my disappointment and she did apologize but no attempt to ratify the injustice. Pictures 1-2: what I wanted Pictures 3-4: what I got Picture 5: late policy My takeaway I now know what it feels like to be disappointed based on a service provider.

Every time I get my nails or toes done by Jay, she does an AMAZING job. Even when she’s fully booked, she finds time to squeeze me in. It’s so hard to find a nail tech that specializes in nails AND TOES. Her work is neat and she gets in done in a timely manner. Haven’t found anyone as talented as her. Clean area, clean work, clean work environment.

My experience at nailsjayluxe was a 10/10 she did my back to school nails & I loved it , her suite is very comfy and pleasing . she’s very understanding as well if there’s something you don’t like she will fix it! I struggled with nail techs being open to criticism and is so happy to find nailsjayluxe thank you once again!

Every time I get my nails or toes done by Jay, she does an AMAZING job. Even when she’s fully booked, she finds time to squeeze me in. It’s so hard to find a nail tech that specializes in nails AND TOES. Her work is neat and she gets in done in a timely manner. Haven’t found anyone as talented as her. I had such a great experience at Nails Jay Luxe Nails! I got acrylics done on both my fingers and toes, and they came out absolutely stunning. The shape, length, and design were exactly what I wanted. The jay was super friendly, professional, and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. The salon is clean and has a relaxing vibe. Definitely coming back again!...
