On Friday, June 13th, I attended the Dream v. Sky game, and unfortunately, I had a HORRIBLE experience from start to finish.
Logistically, the ability to access the parking lot was a HUGE challenge. Having 3-4 lanes coming from all directions funnel into ONE side to enter and exit the parking lot made the task of parking to enter the game and exiting the parking lot extremely difficult to do. We waited close to 30min just to get into the parking lot.
Then, after finally parking at about 7:10pm and waiting outside for close to 40min, OVER HALF the fans who purchased tickets for this event, including myself and a friend, did not make it inside the game until AFTER the second quarter had already started. For a sold out game, not having enough ticket scanners and having a line that stretches all the way to the parking lot was an extreme inconvenience.
Next, which is my biggest issue of all, is your staff. The tickets I purchased were for Section 110, Row EE, Seats 1 and 2. After visiting concessions, my friend and I went to find our seats, we asked one of your staff members assigned to help fans find seats where we were supposed to go. Your staff member proceeded to tell us that we were in the right area and told us that two other people had taken our seats. After creating a HUGE scene, we were told that we had to go back up to Guest Services for assistance, with all our food and drinks in hand. Once we reached Guest Services we were told that our tickets were valid and we should have been able to sit. We then had to walk BACK down to our seats, food and drinks still in hand, only for there to be yet ANOTHER scene related. It took a good bit of time before your staff realized they were pointing us to the wrong seats. We did not get seated and comfortable until halftime was pretty much over. However, we were still unable to enjoy our time, because the gentlemen your staff accused of being in the wrong seats, complained about us and the situation loudly as if it was our fault, when it wasnโt, which made us uncomfortable for the remainder of the game.
All this to say, it is extremely disappointing and disheartening to know that the fan experience is not the top priority of your staff especially for a first time spectator. We looked forward to this game for months as these tickets were purchased back in April as a Motherโs Day gift only to see half the game and never even receive an apology.
I reached out to provide feedback on my experience on 6/15/25, and as of today, 6/24/25, I have yet to hear back from anyone regarding...
ย ย ย Read moreI attended the LayLay concert, today, February 18,2023 and the experience was horrible. The parking was impossible with only ONE gate open to exit sitting in the parking for 15 mins. Not to mentioned purchased FLOOR seats and could not see anything because security failed to regulate people from standing in the aisle who purchase cheaper tickets, coming from the back! The concert was for children and they were not able to enjoy the concert because SEVERAL SAFETY HAZZARD were caused from people standing in the aisle blocking the stage. If i knew I could've purchased a tickets for $30 and just walked up to the stat with others who paid $80 i would have done so. I also followed up with the security management when the concert was over and he explained they were busy handling other things. I don't see how that is possible when the people who were assigned to the floor were not even present and doing their job effectively after requesting them to have the people sit down several time. The arena need to conduct training and management class to the security staffing contractor to ensure they are making the premise safe. I WILL NOT BE ATTENDING ANY FUTURE EVENTS AT...
ย ย ย Read moreOur production company rented out this facility to shot a TV show. The building is beautiful, the ground staff were wonderful, the security they hired was an absolute nightmare. Off duty police with guns and badges raising their voices and starting arguments. Demanding that we empty our pockets and go through a metal detector every time we had to go get a tool from our trucks. I'm carrying a saw in my hands what are you looking for in my pockets? The older gentleman with a grey beard was using our private event as his little training exercise for his staff loudly proclaiming that we could be bringing in guns and weapons. Our staff didn't appericate being used as training dummies which started more arguments. They wouldn't even let us have bottled water in the building for first 7 hours. We rented the place! Long story short. It's a brand new building in a weird place and the staff has no idea how to host a...
