Absolutely horrible! I would give 0 stars if i could. I dropped my phone off around 2pm. I received a text message after 2 hours saying my phone was ready for pick up. I get there and was handed my phone with my new screen. Apparently the rep could not "close out" the sale because Samsung was giving some sort of error code.. so I sat there another 10 min waiting for him to contact Samsung to see what the problem was. During that time other customers were coming in. Another rep (rude) came from the back and started helping the customers. I asked him how much longer did I have to wait. He basically shrugged his shoulders telling me their hands are tied, they can't get in touch with Samsung, they can't release my phone if they don't get a code. So I asked why should I be inconvenienced because of this? He told me they can cancel the transaction and give me my phone back with the old screen on it. So I handed the phone back and told him to do just that. Meanwhile I'm on my other phone calling their customer service department. I literally stayed in this store an ADDITIONAL hour after being text my phone was ready for pickup. Finally the rep that originally was helping me came from the back with my phone (fixed screen) and said he finally got in touch with Samung and gave me my phone. This was absolutely unacceptable. If you tell someone their phone is ready to be picked up, contacting Samsung or whatever has to be done should be done before the customer arrives to your store. Being that they checked to make sure I had coverage to get the phone fixed in the first place. So this was a problem on your end and you inconvenienced...
Read moreMy Pixel would not charge. It was under warranty. When I called Google they told me to take it to ubreakifix to have it repaired. I brought it here and they called the next day to ask a few things about the phone and said it would need a system board. It took them a week to get the system board. Then they replaced the system board. They returned the phone to me without doing any system or security updates. I spent most of a day updating the phone and restoring it from a back up. When I made a call the microphone did not work. Then I called ibreakufix on my phone and they said they could tell that the microphone did not work properly. It also did not work with the recorder app, just a flat line when I tried to record testing 1 2 3... I brought the phone back and left it there. They called an hour later and said they could not find a problem. I went there and the microphone still did not work. I asked for the manager and he said the diagnodstics show a microphoine is present. I said that doesn't matter, it does not record or recognise sound. I said I wasn't going to take it until it worked. He said I had to take it and then contact google. I asked what if I did not accpet the phone and he said he would close the ticket and leave my phone on the counter and 'maybe someone will take it'. I left the phone there and went home and called Google. They said I needed the second work order number (ubreakifix did not open a new work order until I asked for a new number). Evnetually I picked up my Pixel and I did get a replacement phone from Google, but I really think this place is useless and has terrible...
Read moreUgh where do I begin? Disastrous experience! I've never been this disappointed and angry at any service/shop this much in my life! So I took my 6 month old phone in because the NFC sensor, (the apple pay sensor) stopped working, and everything else worked perfectly as their own report later said too. First they set me up with the most horrible replacement phone, 2 models lower and in pretty bad physical shape that even my esim wouldn't work on it. They were of no help setting up the esim on my replacement device. I was finally able to hand in the device and get out of the store after around 2 hours on first visit! Ten days and two separate orders of parts needed later they still couldn't fix it at which point I'd already given up hope and had requested a new device through my warranty. The shop were delayed in contacting me the third time when they had the news that my phone now needs a motherboard to be ordered! I said nvm and I will just pick it up to return it for the hold on my credit card for the warranty replacement. They said they usually charge for data transfer, but the would do it for free for me! Lol Since I didn't need someone to push the "transfer" button, I said I could do i, so I go in to get my phone and guess what? The phone does not turn on at all!! When I ask them about it, first they say dismissingly that it's just out of battery, which quickly becomes clear it's not.. so I wait another hour in the store for them to finally admit the motherboard's broken now and my data gone with it... most infuriating attitudes and most...
