Kid to Kid State College — Attraction in College Township

Up until yesterday I was team Kid to Kid. I have always sold my kids clothes and turned around to purchase items here. They took 76 items from me (abercrombie kids, under Armour, nike, Adidas etc.) In excellent condition and offered me 89 dollars. This is the lowest I have ever been offered for my children's clothes. On top of the poor offer which by the way I wish I would have told them NO but I was in there waiting from 930-noon for them to go through my items. It was crazy, and ill give them that. However I put two bins and they forbid me to load the rest of my clothes, and took others ahead of me. Needless to say I took my remaining bin of EXCELLENT CONDITION clothes and left after they offered me such a pity amount. During my time waiting, 2.5 hours, I found a couple items I liked. 2 costumes and a couple Eddie Bauer fleece jackets, which equaled to more than half of the amount they offered me. I chose to leave my basket and leave. I will not be returning. A couple of women were bringing brand new in the box toys, and the woman told her she wont be taking them. Oh! And they advertised labor day deals which I didnt see, and then the first 20 moms get mama hats. I then overheard the woman working say she isnt giving the hats she can do it another day. I live an hour away, I drove there got zero deals, a slap in the face offer, and a terrible experience.

Absolutely ridiculous experience tonight. Took in a basket of clothes to sell, my son was told 15-30 minutes he said as a person was ahead of us with a large amount to sell. Waited almost an hour and asked what was going on, then was told it would be another half hour to 45 minutes after waiting an hour already. At this point our clothes had already been went through, so not sure what the deal was. But seriously 6pm to 7:45pm just to get $22.....and no one bothered to say it would take longer. Absolutely not happy and probably will not return to this location ever again to buy or sell! I got the excuse that the girl was only 16 and didn't know what she was doing. That's not my problem and should not be waiting that long. Hopefully you guys actually read this and maybe care.... because this...

Great customer service! Store is a bit crowded with items, the clothing aisles are a bit narrow, and many larger toys and pieces of equipment are up on high shelves above the shopping racks, accessible only to staff, so you must wait for them to bring them down to look at them. The items for resale are in very good shape, they are very picky about what they accept for resale, and prices are often reasonable. A plethora of new non-clothing items items are also available, especially puzzles, activity kits, and the like, as well as baby and toddler feeding equipment and accessories. Very inviting displays and well lit. Availability of many resale items changes all the time, l believe one can peruse on their website and hurry in if you see something you've been...
