Taco Bell — Restaurant in College Township

I didn’t want to be the first to negatively review this location but as I’m scrolling, I see that I’m not the only one that thinks this. This is by far the WORST Taco Bell location I’ve been too. I had to reach out to customer service and get my money back because of multiple issues I’ve encountered here. I’ve been giving them the benefit of the doubt and have returned, but by the 4th time, I will NEVER come back her! First time, There were 2 cars in front of me and 2 behind me. As I was waiting there for 45 MIN to get my food, I saw 2 cars leave (one of which had already ordered). Next, food was STALE and disgusting. The hard shells seemed expired with an off taste to them and no crunch. The meat was almost nowhere to be found. I basically bit into a lettuce taco. Third. I got some tacos and nacho fries. The tacos were not the best but were passable. The fries on the other hand were cold and old. And finally, I recently went to get their new “Refrescas”. I know this drink is mainly water but that’s not exactly what I expect when I paid for it. Nothing like what it seems in the pictures they used to advertise it. Someone has to come and help them out. There's only so many times you can say, "There's only three of us here" before you actually have to do something to change it. I run orders for Doordash as a side hustle and let me tell you... this place is far from sanitary. Every order is a wait. Every order is incorrect. A few nights ago, a night time crew member was picking his nose at the counter, then used that hand to grab a dirty towel and wipe down the soda machine. This man is actually so repulsive that I would never eat here - in both his appearance and mannerisms. As I sit here now, there's a huge line that isn't moving and two people parked beyond the drive thru - waiting for their food.

It's taken me months to make the choice to write this review, but after listening to the daytime manager go on and on about her personal life (to her crew, with inappropriate language) while people were waiting for their food, I had to. State College should avoid this spot...

Arrived at 8:20pm, Saturday, May 2nd, 2020. Ordered 2 simple orders. First, a 12 pack cinnabon delights and 2 soft tacos. Secind, a chicken quesorito and 2 soft taco supremes and a fritos burrito. Waited 20 minutes to recieve half my order, another minute for someone else's order that wasn't mine. I barely cared, I wanted gone. Circled back once I realized I didn't have the cinnabons. Pulled up to the speaker at 8:42pm, said I didn't get them. Proceeded and drive to the window and have an argument with the manager who told me all food was made in order and that mine is last when I had arrived before any of the ones in line. They were backed up by the whole 2 orders in front of me when I arrived, which made me wonder what the line cooks were doing back there because it clearly isn't work. Got home by 9pm to luke warm burritos and cold tacos, had to reheat everything. Only saving grace was I ended up...
