Office Depot — Attraction in Colma

Tried to pick up my online order on Friday, June 16. I actually tried calling the store beforehand and chose the curbside pick up option because I wanted to ask how long they keep the items on the pick up shelf before they're put back if they're not picked up, but after 10 minutes of no answer I hung up. Google shows they're open so I decided to just drive there before heading to work. Upon arriving at the store it shows they're closed due to a power outage. I again went back the following day and still closed. Signs on the door say they're closed due to a system issue. I tried calling today, June 18, to see if they're open and again, no answer. Isn't there an option for Office Depot employee or even someone from management to update here on Google so time and gas are not wasted driving to the store only to see they're still closed during events like these? Also, if there are employees inside the store they can hand online pick up orders because they're already paid for and there's no need to use the registers. Tucked away into this small mini-shopping mall is a small Office Depot/OfficeMax (OD/OM) store. This is one of the few remaining brick/mortar OD/OM stores left in the SF Bay Area that can still provide office supplies. This place deserves your support, given that other office supply stores (e.g., Staples) are shuttering and besides providing basic or newer office supplies (e.g., printers), OD/OM can still provide old-school or legacy office supplies (e.g., landline phone equipment) at reasonable prices that you won't find elsewhere in the SF Bay Area. So, stop by and give this store a try because you might find what you're looking for...

I came to OfficeDepot out of frustration trying to deal with the FedEx store in the same parking lot. I had important business documents to print and quickly. The FedEx employees seemed to be annoyed that customers were present and basically refused to help. After entering Office Depot I was greeted graciously by Queana, then her and Jessica went the extra mile to assist in my printing project.
