Momiji is my go to ramen when I needed to fix my cravings for a near by ramen! I have been a regular way before they have added new things to their menu & revamp the whole thing!

At one point, me and my siblings were here so often every Thursday that the staff knows our ramen orders & how we like them!

The black garlic ramen is my go to. I like it a little spicy so I always say mild spicy. I normally get roasted seaweed as well so then my entire bowl of ramen would be as scrumptious as it can be. I will admit though that the tonkatsu broth can be a bit salty when it is just the broth so I advise to slurp the broth with noodles & toppings! ^ oooh I want to talk about their kakuni which the super tender braised pork belly that is added to your ramen. This kakuni is, by far, one of my favorites out there & I hunt for ramens!

My usuals are:

• Edamame- if you want to chum on something healthy • Iidako Karaage (deep fried baby octopus) • Gyoza • Calamari • Tori Kaarage (japanese style fried chicken)

• Deluxe Ramen with Tonkatsu as a base if you are wanting to have tons of options for meat and adding black garlic to that! Of course, mild spicy • Black Garlic Ramen with Tonkatsu Mild Spicy with Roasted Seaweed • House Ramen with Tonkatsu

• Thai Iced Tea

Nevertheless, when one is craving for ramen and wanted a quick one where you don’t want to stand & wait for an hour or so because of the line, this is the place! I guarantee it will leave you...

After waiting for 20 minutes for a table the waitress lied about having called our names (extremely easy name to pronounce and hear, we were sitting IN FRONT OF THE DOOR, so there would be no way to miss the name) she crossed both my name off and another name off that she also didn’t call, then when I had to ask another staff member for help she lied to a coworker about it after leaving me helpless within the restaurant. She seated others before us who had a bigger party with no explanation or help whatsoever. I had just gotten off a 9 hour work day and just wanted to have my first meal of the day which they unfortunately couldn’t provide and had no solution to due to the careless waitress who decided she just didn’t like us. No apology from the waitress either. As someone who works in one of the busiest malls and workplaces of said mall I’m no stranger to customer service work and sassy customers and I assure you that I wouldn’t never repeat that behavior. I truly don’t understand why I would be treated like this. I’m a regular as well and was extremely disappointed at...

My honey and I came to this restaurant on a whim. We were looking at Round Tables and then we saw this place and gave it a try. I ordered the deluxe Ramen which had all kinds of meat in it and my honey had the black garlic Ramen. To be honest her Ramen right off the bat tasted better than mine. But after time progressed and perhaps the ingredients in her dish soaking in, the dish became more salty then it originally tasted.

My dish the deluxe Ramen was pretty consistent all the way through it did get a little bit more flavoring as it went on but not nearly as intense as my honey's dish. We also ordered the takoyaki balls. Those were pretty delicious and I would give those a four-star. My honey's dish started out as a four-star but turn to a 2-star later on. My dish was a solid 3 stars which is why I ended up with the score of three stars total. My honey and I may go again to try different dishes and then the star...

We randomly decided to try this place out for our Valentine’s Day dinner. It’s a nice little spot—maybe about 25-35 seats, total. We both got ramen, along with some appetizers. The takoyaki was flavorful and fresh, it could have used a little more octopus, but that’s my taste. The potato croquettes were OK, nothing spectacular. I had the Spicy Black Garlic ramen. The base broth had a good depth to it, and the black garlic was a good addition. The black garlic blended well with the base broth and made rich flavor. I thought the pork was the actual highlight for the ramen—nice char, solid blend of spices, and it soaked up just enough broth. My wife had the Spicy Fish ramen (not pictured). The both was a little saltier but great with the fish. It also had two whole filet of fish in it. She couldn’t finish it, and was great to warm up the next day.h

I have been here countless times, usually when I am craving for ramen or when I am in the area where I am in need of a quick bite. Their menu consists of small bites, a selection of ramen to choose from, rice plates, curry plates and much more. The service is great here, their staffs are well trained, welcoming and very understanding where I never encountered any issues during any of my visits. Everything is authentic and made to order here which is always a plus for me and I never mind the wait since I am a very patient person. You can dine in both indoor at one of their tables or outside at their patio. I highly recommend this place to all ramen enthusiasts, anyone looking to try something new or if you just so happen to be in the area just like me. I definitely will be back to tryout the other delicious options they have to offer.
