Taco Bell — Restaurant in Colorado Springs

Aside from being difficult to either get into or out of depending on which way you go it's a decent Taco Bell. Unfortunately they don't understand that if you switch their nacho cheese which is mild for many, but spicy to some - which they charge $0.55 or something close and to add 3 cheese blend - they charge $0.35 - so to swap nacho for the cheaper cheese + they do the same thing to swap chipotle sauce for red sauce - which they will give you hand fulls of more expensive packets at the window for free but they want to charge you a ridiculous amount to swap from a spicier sauce to a milder sauce...it makes 0 sence to me to swap a more expensive thing to a cheaper thing and be charged extra, especially when you physically can't take spice and you are getting nothing extra!

I really don't mind paying extra if I am getting extra, but I have a huge problem with them raising the price by 33% just not put chipotle sauce for the regular red sauce in the mini chicken quesadilla for example - it goes from $1 to $1.33 just to melt it together with similar sauce that's free at the window/counter, but difficult to open the quesadilla once it's melted.

Taco Bell as a whole should give their staff the ability to ring in "swap" so something for a very similar item rings up as free, not "add" that places an additional charge - obviously not allowing swapping lettuce (or something cheap) for steak (a premium item) that does and should cost more, but sauce for sauce and cheese for cheese should be very simple of a request and not require an exorbitant added charge! Even if 3 cheese is on something with nacho cheese too, you should still be able to swap the nacho...

All of the staff at this, Taco Bell were very kind, knowledgeable, and easy to be around. But there was a special shining star in the manager, for the evening, Sophia. She went above and beyond to try to help myself and my friends when we had some Mechanical problems with our car right outside the Taco Bell made us feel very welcome and really just stole the show. I think she is an example of everything that is right with this world. She was kind, helpful and thoughtful as well as very impressive with the way she handled her employees as well as guest as well as working right along side the prep cooks or what have you. She also has customer service skills outshine most 25 to 30 year olds that I have met I’ve been in the service industry for 10 years. I cannot say enough about this young lady. She has a bright future. Has someone who spent 10 years in the service industry in 20 years in the automotive industry selling cars and dealing with customers there is Not a lot that this young lady will not shine at. She needs a raise and a promotion and the ability to spread that cheerfulness, joy and steadfastness as well as intelligence and outside the box thinking into the AAA NEIGH THE MAJORS let her spread that intuitiveness and quick thinking as well as surefooted leadership throughout the upcoming workforce. If upper management doesn’t see her talent and potential they’re blind and should be fired. Worst location in the entire US I've been to alaska north Carolina Illinois Idaho Virginia Tennessee locations and many more and have never had the service or nasty handling of the food I asked to speak with someone they ignored me so I asked another and had her come over to see what unsatisfactory crap they are dishing out and I was argued with saying she made the borritos when I saw someone else making them and that person even said they were working on my order but the portions were way off one had all rice one had very little of anything and she just argued to the end that they are right even when I pointed out the fact all 3 were different amounts and very obvious that they were and the soft tacos were thrown in the wrapper and almost no beef in 1 soaking with grease, nasty food nasty staff and if that huge chick was the manager she must have been mad she had to walk 10 feet or something this place is ridiculous. I know taco bell ain't no gourmet meal but damn do better, how bout don't throw everything together and throw everything in a bag then tape it up tight so you can't see what mess they made SMH do better also in the app it said that my order would be ready by 9:10 it's understandable to be a few minutes over that but I left at 9:40 you can see on the camera that's sit down restaurant time like wth this is taco bell should be out fast and in good condition with accuracy not slow as all get out and the most sloppy job...
