I joined Barre 3 recently because I have been craving a high cardio and sculpting workout. I have been working out at great facilities for decades, but as I have aged, I have been dealing with joint pain (back, knees, hips, shoulders). Normal for the aging process? Maybe not. The instructors are fabulous and every class is different - It's like a one of a kind workout each time. There are so many options - you may use weights, barre, ball, bands, or sliders along with aerobics to get your heart rate up, floor exercises, or stretching at the end - you leave Barre3 feeling great!
