Lincoln Park — Attraction in Columbia

This is a park? Ok, if you say so Google Maps! More like a forgotten green space that gets less than routine maintenance. I walk the area almost daily and see more delivery drivers "taking breaks" than kids playing or neighbors enjoying nature.
