Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Columbia

Ordered online from this location a couple of months ago. The delivery was outsourced to a DoorDash driver. The food was brought to an address on a completely different street than the address I provided, and as such I contacted customer service. Customer service advised me to reach out directly to the store, which I did. At the store, a member of management connected me directly with the DoorDash driver for some reason. The driver started yelling and saying he delivered to the address I provided, which is entirely false and I do have screenshots to prove that. I hung up on the driver and decided to call customer service back to at least get my refund. Customer service once again said this can only go directly through the store but they would send a message to the stores owner on my behalf. The lady with customer service said I’d be getting a phone call within a week to arrange my refund. The call never came, so I called the store directly to arrange my refund for the food that I never received. The person at the store told me their manager would call me later. At this point it has been about two months and I never got my $50 or a call back from anyone. The order I placed (through the Papa John's app) was supposed to include a 2-liter soda (which was one of the main reasons for placing an order) but the person who delivered it said they did not receive it. I called the store and told them the situation and was told they would talk to their manager and have a delivery person come out with it. I did not hear anything back and nobody showed up. I called back about 40 mins later to check and was told very rudely that it was not their problem that it was Doordash. When I was trying to ask if there was a way to contact Doordash regarding the issue (since I didn't order through them and had no way to do anything via their app), the female employee hung up on me.

This is not the first time that I have had issues with this location and missing items / rude service. My last time ordering was in October and the tracking system stated that my order was delivered but nobody had ever came to my home. I called to try and place an order on my lunch break and was I placed on hold for ten mins. I hung up and went to the location because it is less than one mile from where I work. As I arrived to the facility I noticed an employee leaving the building I didn't think anything of it because I thought she was the delivery driver. Once I entered the restaurant there was no employee in site. There were no lights on in the facility and there was a carry out order flashing on the screen. There was left over pizza dough laying on the counter top. I waited for about 8 mins and no one ever came out to greet me or take my order. I was devastated when I couldn't get my pizza for lunch. I tried to ignore the horrible reviews on Google about this restaurant by trying them myself. This had to be the worst customer service experience that I had in a while.
