Visited this spot yesterday with a few friends because we enjoy supporting local small businesses. We were the only group there except a family finishing their visit when we arrived. Walking in we were greeted immediately and told to sit down, which was very nice. Once we were at a table the waitress came over for drink orders but had difficulty explaining the mocktail options to us which was not printed on the menu. The two people at the table that ordered a mocktail got small cups which look to be half the size of the ones in the photos posted in previous reviews- we were not told of any size options for the drinks and nothing was stated on the menu(they paid full price for the drinks). When I asked the waitress about their cookie flavors out that day she told me to "get up and go look" - which took me by surprise since we were told to sit down immediately when we arrived and someone would take care of us at the table. When our bowls came out we had 2/6 come out together, then another 3 bowls 15 minutes later. The waitress came back to ask if we "still wanted the shake" which belonged to the last person in the group - this took another 30 minutes to come out. We did not receive an update during our wait and we were still 1 of 2 group in the establishment at this time. We did not expect such a long wait time for a couple bowls of cereal and 1 shake. Overall we can see the potential in the business but the price and service we experienced was sub par. We hope some things can be changed in order to make everyone's experience better...

Ma'am if I could make it a zero stars, trust i would.. YOUR employee made a mistake , and instead of being mature, like a business owner should be... you choose to call your customer liers... why i would lie about something like that is crazy.. it sounds like you have way more problems than your failing business.

Lol wow. Changing to a 1 star due to the owners condescending response.YOUR employee tried to charge me $14 PER MILKSHAKE and said it was because we picked our own cereals, instead of one of the 6 special ones on the menu. She said if we didnt pick one of those then it was considered a build your own and would be $14...sounds like your either ripping people off or you need to train your employees better. And YES my sons cereal was stale 🤷‍♀️ mine wasnt.. not sure why i would lie about that. And YES $10 for a 20oz milkshake is crazy. $14 for a bowl of CEREAL is crazy.. Sorry you cant handle honest reviews and criticism.. your business will not last if thats how you handle things.

It's a fun concept but it just falls flat. First they are EXTREMELY overpriced for what you get.. I mean it's cereal at the end of the day. The menu says milkshakes are $10 (which is nuts already) but the lady wanted to charge us $14 😵🤯 because my son wanted to pick his own cereal. Then his cereal was super stale. Mine was just weird because all the cereal gets super soggy and gross. I honestly can't say I would recommend this place. I really try to support small businesses but this one i just...

Eu acho que você vai ganhar com seu Concorrente "One Bowl" is a cereal bar located in Fostoria, Ohio, that offers customers a challenge: eat a giant bowl of cereal with milk in 25 minutes to win a cash prize, a t-shirt, and a spot on the "Wall of Fame." The bar also serves cereal milkshakes and flurries, as well as other cereal and coffee creations. The "One Bowl" Challenge: Consists of eating a large bowl of mixed cereal (chosen randomly through a spinner) with milk in 25 minutes. The cash prize starts at $50 and increases by $5 for each failed attempt. The winner also receives a t-shirt and has their photo on the "Wall of Fame." Beyond the Challenge: The bar offers a variety of cereals, milkshakes, flurries, and other cereal creations, including versions with chocolate, fruit, and even coffee. You can choose the cereal for the milkshakes and flurries, but not for the "One Bowl" challenge. The bar may serve hot food in the future. Location and Hours: The bar is located in Fostoria, Ohio. Our visit to G Milk Cereal Bar was nothing short of delightful. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted by a friendly staff member with a welcoming smile and a helpful attitude. He took the time to explain the menu thoroughly, ensuring we understood the variety of delicious options available. When our orders arrived, everyone eagerly dug in, and it was clear each item was freshly made. The flavors were vibrant, and everything tasted just as good as it looked—fresh and delicious. Throughout our time there, the staff checked on us multiple times, ensuring we had everything we needed. The environment was aesthetically pleasing, with a clean and relaxing atmosphere. It offered a nice mix of entertainment, from music and television to books and seating, which created an engaging social space perfect for enjoying the experience. G Milk Cereal Bar is definitely a spot we'll be visiting again. It’s the perfect place to indulge a sweet craving while enjoying a comfortable, inviting atmosphere. Highly recommended!

TBH I don’t really get the appeal for a cereal bar. With that being said. The staff was kind and explained all their listed and non-listed items. I came with a group of friends. One of the friends really loves cereal so that’s why we went. I though they would have actual food lol. I was mistaken. I did however have the banana pudding cake. I definitely recommend that to anyone! It was dense, moist. The portion size was well worth the price. It was rich! The balance of sugar to banana pudding flavor was perfect! If you have a sweet tooth or you love cereal and milk shakes this is the place to go! Expect to pay a higher price for cereal because it’s an experience. The atmosphere is clean, well organized. They play nice music and the seating is comfortable! It’s a laid back, lounge environment! Go for the experience and delicious desserts!

I want to start off by saying i understand that this is a small business and they’re just getting started, and in no way am I trying to bash them. I came with a group of 5, we ordered 4 bowls of cereal and 1 milkshake. It took 20+ minutes for everyone to get our bowls and the person that ordered a milkshake had to wait 30+ minutes. We came at around 3pm there was only 1 other group in there and 4 employees, that wait time is insane. My next point is the prices. Over $8 for a bowl of cereal each, milk is charged separately and it’s $3. I understand they have to make profit but my brother and his wife paid $39! Between them they ordered a bowl of cereal and a milkshake. $40 for not even a full meal. This place just seems like a cash grab as it is.
