There needs to be stricter rules and regulations to keep feral peoples and college students that live in the woods, houses or the mill nearby from continuously polluting the creek that runs through this park. I grew up in Olympia and my grandparents still own many of the homes here and when I was a child I use to be able to wade, catch turtles and crawfish in this creek.. Read moreThis area has such potential. Unfortunately with the little creek that runs beside it, it seems to get washed away very easily. But for now until it floods again, they do have the rubber pellets around the playground which is good for any small child. I did notice there was quite a bit of litter but again it floods in this area so it could have been with the water.
