This area has such potential. Unfortunately with the little creek that runs beside it, it seems to get washed away very easily. But for now until it floods again, they do have the rubber pellets around the playground which is good for any small child. I did notice there was quite a bit of litter but again it floods in this area so it could have been with the water. There was a pair of hawks that hung out the whole time that we were at the park so that was kind of cool to watch.

Had a good walking trail. But we had gone to swim and it was had to get every one in our party of 8 down to the water it was steep and very slick. The ines that made it to the water enjoyed it.

It's actually closed right now. They are doing some kind of sewer work. Digging holes. Gravel piles and big rocks. Great park but unfortunately it's closed at the moment.

There needs to be stricter rules and regulations to keep feral peoples and college students that live in the woods, houses or the mill nearby from continuously polluting the creek that runs through this park. I grew up in Olympia and my grandparents still own many of the homes here and when I was a child I use to be able to wade, catch turtles and crawfish in this creek.. Once this place was a beautiful and vibrant family based community now I am disgusted with what Olympia...

I hesitate to call this a park, at it's best it's a playground, at it's worst, it's a falling apart, unkempt "park". To be fair, as of March 22' this park is closed for the installation of sewer lines, but having gone to it before construction, I can say it was pretty sad. Here's hoping that once construction is done, the city will...
