Just an awful display of customer service at this restaurant tonight. We ordered some drinks and food on their mobile app, and checked in/waited in a stall for our food. After about ten minutes of waiting, we are alerted that the stalls are closed for the night, and you can only order through the drive-thru. We had already placed and paid for our orders, and there was nothing that the staff would do for us. We waited out front of the doors hoping they will come and bring us our food and drinks, but this never happened.
There was no option to cancel our orders, so we had to wait for the orders to come out. After nearly an hour of waiting for our orders, we attempted to ask customers in the drive-thru if they would pick up our mobile order in the drive-thru.
To get our food, we had to go through a third party. All of the staff had to do was simply walk five feet and give us our orders so we could go on our merry way, but they didn't.
We asked a few cars to help us out and grab the orders for us, and all of them graciously helped us. Having to go through a third party just to get the food that we paid for is just wild and plain awful service. The staff watched as customers in the drive-thru passed along the orders to us, and they still took no action.
Finally at the very end, the staff came outside and gave one person their order, and the only reason they came out is because a few people pretended that they were a car in the waiting lane.
Just absolutely foul and and terrible service. We paid for our food, at the minimum the staff could have canceled the orders, or just walked five feet to give them to us.
I will not be dining at this restaurant again, after over four years of being a customer at this...
Read moreI visit the store around 3am and sat in the drive thru for about 45 mins. The wait was not my problem when I got to the window to pay for my order I was told that my card was declining in a very rude manner and I knew that money was on my card. I told the lady at the window to try again, while she doing that I checked my online banking and I see that I was charged for the food so I don’t understand why it was saying declined on your end but on my end it say that you already took my money. She handed me back my card and asked for another payment method and I told her no y’all already charged me at this give me my money back and I’m not going to leave until I see my money back on my card or I get my food. The lady at the window walks away and everyone that was in the store came to the window being rude to me telling me I need to pay and I’m like put yourself in my shoes if you see that you have been charged for something why would you pay again and take a loss. At that point I was getting upset because I had three arguing with me so I called the police to mediate the situation and the officer understood where I was coming from he stated that there is nothing he can do and asked me to pull up to resolve the situation because it has to be something on there end and that has happened to him before I just have to be patient and bare with them. I said no I’m leaving I’ll call the store in the am and speak to the store manager because I was treated very unprofessional the people that was working was used that situation to stop working just to argue with me a paying customer. The first person to take my order for my gf and I assumed I wanted an extra drink, or so you would think if they charged an extra drink. I rarely buy fast food, except when Im on-the-go, which should make things easier, however this was not the case. When I was ready to pay for my order, a young student decided that I was wrong and didnt want to continue a conversation. She said I was wront, cost wouldnt change, but humorously refused to look at the receipt until I asked her to. Telling me Im wrong without looking at the receipt, and was not even the one who rang it up. Eventually, after reverberating enough, I asked for the manager, I explained patiently a 5 dollar drink, roughly, should be included in my combo and not separately. Again, its "how can I help you", " i dont see anything wrong," "youre wrong thats not how it works," "no matter what you have to say, it doesnt change the total price," "i dont understand"...i can go on.
