I came to this location at 6:50 p.m. no one was in the store no one was up front no customers no workers I waited there for 3 or 4 minutes I said hello then a alarm sound went off and a lady came from the back went straight to the register grab to go orders from Uber eats and another delivery place never acknowledged I was ever there didn't say hello didn't say I the delivery driver walked in after me and she proceeded to help her and not say a word to me she said that she was going to make her delivery order right away then after standing there for another 2 minutes she never acknowledged I was even in the store this is the worst customer service I have ever had in any establishment they will no longer have my business which I know may not affect the hundreds and thousands of dollars that keep this establishment open but poor customer service poor human decency I may add will keep my money from being spent at this Subway location. I've been in the Subway location plenty of times where they were very busy and they were very slow but to be the only person in the store not to be acknowledged whatsoever after a total of almost 10 minutes of being in there and wanting to enjoy a sandwich I walked out empty-handed but the rudest customer...

I do not recommend going here or any of the other stores that is located in the same building, as they are on my USC Student blacklist. I would sometimes park behind this building when Bates was full because they always have empty parking spaces behind, and I would eat at this subway occasionally since I did park there and it was close to my car and such. I was going to go to subway to eat and stopped by my car to get a book and found a note on my car when that said my vehicle was "abandoned" and "we're nice but we tow"... I looked around and saw completely empty spots everywhere and I had only been parked there less than 2 hours... So I just don't bother going to subway that day and I will not be a customer anymore. If the building management wants to be so rude then I just will not come back and I encourage other USC commuter students not to go here either.
This may not be solely subway's fault, but if you are the owner of this subway, talk to whoever that guy is that goes around sweeping up trash in the parking lot in the morning because I'm pretty sure hes the one that left the note, he saw me pull up and park. Read moreI want to say this is the less friendly and professional Subway I have been at. I am from the Indiana. I am here visiting getting family ready for semester. I decided to order threw the app. I went to location which I thought it was I was wrong I can admit that. I tried call the correct store 6 times no answer. Finally I talk to your associate and she said she can can't cancel my order no problem. So I decided to go get my order. I arrived at the restaurant and she her manager cancelled the order. I asked her will I be receiving a refund? Or is their a void receipt? She became rude and tried calling her manager once no answer. My kicker is I sat down so we can figure this out 2 minutes later she has a void receipt. So she was able to void it but don't know if I will receive a refund. For a Subway to be close to college and no customer service or basic knowledge of the Subway Policies are red flags to not a successful franchise.
