This is a clean and nice establishment on first site. The person behind the POS seems to be nice as well. But... Bought one package of what seemed to be fresh injera from this shop and enjoyed one or two pieces over that weekend. Kept the rest on the kitchen table from Saturday to midday on Wednesday. And this is what it turned out to be (see attached pics). Some may think that I hadn't kept it in the fridge- I disagree. For starters, it is not unusual for injera to be left out for much longer at room temperatures. This is a staple in Ethiopia and, technically, 0% of the population owns a fridge. That is to say, injera is adopted to survive outside for a long period of time (2 weeks is not unusual), and that is a fact. I don't know what you make yours out of or how you make it but something seems to be off here. I will keep this post for 6 months before I take it down.

Truly amazing Ethiopian coffee served by wonderfully friendly folks! They also have a great many staple foods, fresh roasted coffees to-go and - even clothing and cookware. How lucky we are to have this locally-owned and -run business in our community!

Rehoboth is a new but leading store in Columbia area. They sell everything you need for your Ethiopian/Eritrean dishes as well as many items. They roast and serve their own coffee beans, the best cup of joe I’ve tasted around the DMV area. One cup of Rehobot coffee will set you for your busy day with an awesome customer service 🤗. Look no further for your Ethiopian/Eritrean goodies, you won’t be disappointed, their products are clean and healthy. Oh last but not the least their quanta (beef jerky)...

Just moved in the area and we were making Ethiopian for dinner but noticed we were out of our berbere and needed some injera. We found this quaint little spot tucked away in a small shopping center off of Snowden Pkwy.

They have A little seating area where you can order a coffee and sit. Along with lots of Ethiopian spices to choose from and the owner was friendly and helpful! The injera was friendly and...
