ALDI — Attraction in Columbus

All I can say is that I am floored I used to love coming to this grocery store. Good prices and you always seem to have decent employees. Today I came in for just a couple items vinted up nearly filling my cart full. When I proceeded up to try to find the lunch meat that I was looking for I had legitimately just stepped up. Hadn't even got a chance to take a look at anything. The woman that was stalking the shelves was on the walkie-talkie someone was asking her to work the following day they were he he In conversation. I literally just walked up the woman was more than 8 feet away from me when I got to the area and opened the door I did not open it until I'm ready to make my selection a matter of seconds when this woman said very loudly excuse me. She wanted me to move so she could stock the shelf's. I understand that she needs to stop the shelves so we can purchase things but there was plenty of food I was not doing anything other than trying to select the lunch meat that I was going to purchase but she wanted me to hurry up and move and then she realized I was behind her when she was talking c* To the young man that had the walkie talk and he didn't seem to care that she was talking c* about an customer. Everywhere is going to hell in a handbasket. This used to be a good store now they just hire people that are just there for a paycheck they don't care how they treat their customers. Maybe you guys should remind them that they're employed to do a job but they wouldn't have a job if people didn't come shopping there. On the other hand the gentleman that was running the register that seemed to be a little bit more mature than that too that we're talking c* and that we're being rude. He was very friendly you need more people like him not like the stock people...

I am an everyday regular with SO many favorite employees that i hate to use my one review on a bad one but it was that bad! It is 8-17 at 7:45 pm. I go to the cash line since i dont have a card with me and a younger mixed gentleman almost hits me with his long broom going past me, little did i know he was the one working register as i watch him fly twords the back of the store, im there a few min. When another employee walks by and radios him he has a customer.. he glides back past me broom still in hand and hurries past to keep sweeping eventually coming back looking annoyed as grabs items to scan just throwing them in the cart never acknowledging me at all..he gives me total as i collect the items from the bottom if the cart he threw then in when it was like 4 things he could have set in the front top of the cart.. just so rude and it really hit me wrong after a bad day. I love coming in and the workers are amazing usually! This guy need some training or maybe keep him from customer serving jobs. He flings me receipt twords me and i just left him holding it and left....

Trust me when I say not to bring your authorized emotional support pets or VA Service Pet into this store. Even though your dog is harnest and in an authorized carry seat on the bottom of the cart you will have a little man in a black out fit with a black radio greet you upon entry of the store to harass you telling you that if youre dog gets "into anything you will be responsible". I asked him if it looked like my dog was getting into anything as he just sat there waiting for me to have the conversation with him as he wanted to throw his weight around. He was the most uninformed individual I have come in contact with If he were that concerned why wouldn't he look at my pets certificate card that offered.I hope other Veterans and Service Animals don't experience the same disrespect in which we were greeted with...
