DO NOT GO HERE I've never written a review on here before, but I had such an awful experience that I needed to share it. I am a new customer who purchased a Groupon for a "Haircut with Michael" Here's the story: I scheduled the appointment for 1:30pm on a weekday. Admittingly, I was 5mins late. When I walked in, I was not greeted, and told the receptionist that I had an appointment with Michael. Another customer chimed in behind me and said she also had an appointment with Michael (at the same time). When Michael entered the room, he immediately went to the computer to look at the schedule, and (I am assuming he double-booked us), asked the woman if she could come back - so spent about 5mins rescheduling with this woman. After that, he signaled me over to the chair. Before I could sit down, he told me to wait while he swept the hair under the chair and clean the workstation. During this time, I asked if I could run to my car to get my phone charger and he responded with "Hurry up, because we're already late." Upon my speedy return, he directed me over to the sink, but I explained that I had just washed my hair the night before and could skip the hair washing. We agreed upon a dry cut. Then I sat in the chair and explained the type of haircut I wanted. He interrupted and said, "Oh no no no, we don't have time for that!" - and went on to (loudly) proclaim that I have "two options: either refund the Groupon, or schedule the appointment for another day!" I honestly did not know how to respond. I explained that I drove 30mins for the appointment, and that we were both late - however since we are not washing my hair, perhaps a quick haircut was feasible. He continued to repeatedly yell at me (in front of other customers) and tell me this is all because I was late. I could have went to the receptionist, who was silent throughout this dramatic brawl, but was so traumatized by the experience that I could not speak. I would not recommend this place to anyone. MICHEAL WAS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND EXTREMELY RUDE. He could have easily explained that we did not have enough time to complete the service, and kindly rescheduled me, but instead berated me in a dramatic manner. I will be refunding...

They refused to take me which I understand but I was only shortly late and had spent a lot on ride there. I then expressed my hurt because I'm 18 and just got on my own feet and money is tight and cried and they were very unkind and rude and denied me service and told me to return the Groupon. Never in my life have I been treated so unkindly by an establishment. I feel so embarrassed and hurt and wasted my money on a voucher and transportation just to not have my hair done. They are very rude and snobby. Horrible customer service. Do not care about customers/clients, only money. Very judgemental place with mediocre services. I suggest you take your money elsewhere. Melissa took time for color consultation and then colored and cut my hair to perfection. I was a bit anxious as I didn't know her and didn't know anyone who had been to her. She was very patient with all of my questions and reassured me. "I've got this. I promise. Just relax," she told me. She was right. I was not disappointed.
