Service was good, I like the food, don’t get me wrong. But there’s a major problem that I did not get a chance to talk to the chef and manger of the restaurant. Me and my boyfriend went on a road trip last Sunday and we ate a lot of food before arriving at this restaurant. So we ordered 2 dishes, mine was the soup with rice. The soup was good, but I was too full, so I only ate few spoons. And we decided to pack the rest of our food to eat at home. We drove 2 hours back to our house, and microwave the soup. I was enjoying it, until I found something black and weirs. I picked it up by my spoon, and guess what, IT IS A DEAD FLIES. There is a dead flies in my soup and I did not know until I get home and eat the rest of the food. Which mean during the whole time, I was drink the soup which contains the dead flies’ bacteria. So so gross. I just wish I found out about the flies in the restaurant so I can have a talk with them. My house is too far from the restaurant to come back here. So just be aware of your food if you ever order their soups. It might never happened before and the flies was just accidentally drop inside my soup when they were cooking. But in the conclusion, it is just not...
Read moreIt's a Saturday night. We decided to try a new Korean Tofu pot place in Columbus, OH. We found this place through Yelp.
Food: It is good, not great. Service: due to no service while we were eating, I don't think the service here is ok.
I have not finished eating, the waitress came to the table and dropped the check and two yogurt drinks without asking us if we need anything. Our tea cup was empty for a long time. She didn't notice it at all. Then, she came back in a couple mins and grabbed the check box. (We didn't even put our credit card in the box yet!!!!)
Seems like they were in a hurry to get us out of the door. We only tip 10% and quickly finished my dinner and left.
There are many Korean restaurants in this area, I don't know what the reason will be for me to come back though.
Sorry, I would not recommend this place. For the money I paid, I can find a better place to enjoy the...
Read moreA good Korean restaurant and worthy successor to Imperial Garden, the Chinese place that used to be here. We will definitely be going back.
When I first looked at the menu I thought the prices were a little high, but that was before I realized how big the bowls were. Make sure you come hungry, because you will be getting a LOT of food! The bibimbap was decent--not the best I've ever had, but not bad, either. I tried the tofu in my wife's dish and it was very good, excellent texture.
The free side dishes that come with every meal were excellent, and I liked the little fruity digestive drink that came in place of a post-dinner mint. The wait staff was friendly and extremely attentive. And the weirdly technical description of the health benefits of tofu on the placemats was kind...
