As a woman I can count one other time in my lifetime where I left a salon very upset. Not only did I walk out of the salon with the same issue I walked in with. My crown is lighter than the rest of my hair. .. After 5 hours, it took at least an hour and a 1/2 to 2 hours in between the entire day to hunt down any person to assist with my budding professionals. ... 1 educator had to be pulled from a class because we couldn't find assistance... Another educator Britney was called upon at least 10 to 15 times throughout the entironday, never showing up.... By the 12th++++ time my girl's asked her for help while passing. She quickly was rude and dismissed them.... Therefore, I called her back, and only to be snapped at disrespected, agrued she wasn't apart of my hair journey today...Right! Because you never showed up for them!!!!! ...I'm trying to politely and in a very low tone.Ask her to finish what she was doing and can she please come right back to us!? Next thing you know , she's having a meltdown in the office.... which causes another woman to "confront me" as I'm trying to go to checkout. ... When I explained to her no I haven't had a good experience today.I really don't want to talk about this.She alludes to the fact that I peaked in an office door after knocking and she's yelling me I violated company and corporate policy by opening a glass door after knocking....acusing me, staying, I, "chased Brittany down"! WHAT ... So, not only does your management not support its students efficiently enough. The one person they wanted their advice and expertise from then has a meltdown on a customer in front of them... who then has another melt down in an all glass room ... delaying my 5 hr process more...I pay $100 to be insulted and chastised by another supervisor. Only to walk out with my hair damaged, and the color just as I entered, but even lighter on top, dark everywhere else....
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI was scheduled with a different student but they had to leave early so I was asked if I would be ok with another student. Sure, why not. Not exactly sure if I was supposed to be with JJ or Trinity S. but I ended up in sort of a tag team situation. After our consultation, I was offered an add on service. There were several to choose from ranging from mini facial to neck and shoulder massage.I asked them to choose for me. This service was provided by JJ and I ended up getting what I believe was a scalp detox and massage. It was very relaxing and the products used smelled heavenly. Then Trinity took over for the cut. She seemed a little nervous, which is understandable when working on someone new and as a student. She was very meticulous in the sectioning and cutting, used a variety of product (again-they smelled wonderful!) and explained what each one was for. JJ was close by and they consulted each other while preforming service. The cut was not angled exactly as I wanted, but the instructor was called over and with minimal tweaking, it was on point. (It was a tad shorted than I wanted but it will be perfect in a week). I may have given the impression that I wasn't satisfied but I need to live in it for a day or so. It's hard for me to say if I think the cut is good until I have to style myself. I was pleasantly surprised the next day when I did it. Nice,even, no crazy chunks that didn't lay right. When completed,they were eager for feedback and asked what they could do better next time. They both escorted me to the front desk and recommended product. The appointment was a good experience overall and I would recommend booking with either JJ...

Went into a get a Champaign blond look. Added inspiration photo for reference.
Showed the instructor and color artist the photos and let them do their thing.
When I left I was still 60-70% gray. Not what I wanted to asked for. I after a 3-4 hour apartment not looking very different than when I went in. So much so they didnāt even do photos.
Then take two: Lili did my hair and she did a fantastic job with my all over color. It covered the gray as I had asked. They even partnere her with an even more advanced instructor and they tag teamed so it would t take so long. The new plan an all over color with highlights.
Enter Lili and her amazing instructor to provide the all over color that actually did cover all the gray; but now Iām a brunette.
I smiled as I know they do not have much skill and she was so sweet as could be. She was just lovely.
So now Iām scheduled for appointment number three when I get back from an important business trip whenāre Iām speaking in front of 200 people and I donāt even look like myself.
They say that the highlight will get me to the look I want; but Iām crushed with this color and how dark it is.
Really happy with their willingness to listen to feedback and correct the initial attempt with such great Concern and care.
Lili also provided a quick mini facial while My conditioner was processing. What a nice little relief of services to provide rather than just waiting.
