Fun City Adventure Park — Attraction in Columbus

This place was absolutely insane and a Fire Marshall likely would’ve shut it down, it appeared beyond capacity. This was our 2nd time here. The first time was as a guest at a 9yr old bday party. It was great! The kids had fun and they were safe. Our 2nd time was today for my daughter’s 9th bday party… it was horrible… insanely deplorable! It was too crowded! Children were running around lost and crying trying to find parents or a familiar face. I ended up helping a little girl that was probably 3 or 4. Her family almost walked right by because they didn’t see her, but luckily she saw them. My daughter and her teammates couldn’t get on the basketball court because grown men occupied it before our 2hr party and after our 2 hr party. Her table was right next to the court because they were hoping to play…. But these grown men never stopped their pick up games, no child was able to play. Additionally, the smell from the games was horrible!!!!!! All that grown man sweat and funk in that small space was just astoundingly putrid and we were sitting right next to it. Grown ppl / teens were running kids over left and right! There needed to had been better organization with regards to separation of age specific games. There needs to be a strict dress code! Women were exposing their bodies (top and bottom) in the middle of winter. Breasts hanging out of what could only be described as stretched out wrestling uniforms . Women and men’s buttocks hanging out their jeans from sagging or too small clothing was disrespectful to themselves and other guests. Kids couldn’t play on seated arcade games because adults were sitting in the seats (not playing and nor moving) as there was no where for them to sit at the overcrowded venue. My poor hostess was doing her best to take care of all her parties. She had one party other than mine, had to be over 20 ppl and not one person filled out their waiver in advance. She was very nice but you could tell she was overworked. She was surprised that I tipped her at all but I don’t blame her for any of my grievances. Not a great place for a birthday party. We usually do my nieces party at another jump park for a cheaper price and they are amazing. Decided to try out this place for quite a bit more money. Got a terrible experience of the place being so packed nobody could jump, parents trying to fight other parents, losing kids just due to the amount of people they let in. My niece who always has the time of her life at any jump place was overwhelmed and couldn’t even jump. We warned them beforehand that my niece was autistic and they assured us that everything was great. When my sister called in to discuss it with them; they were more focused on her not calling sooner then making sure someone who paid $600+ for a party had a good time. I would recommend this place make a limit for the amount of people they let in and prioritize the people paying an arm and a leg to have a party here. The staff was so nice and did an amazing job but even they seemed overwhelmed with just the amount of people crammed (when I tell you crammed, people were shoving past each other in every part of the building) into one small building. So for any parent looking for a party spot, look elsewhere, I promise anything else...

First time here and I must say it was great. We celebrated my son's 10th birthday, and our host Reese was amazing. If I ever have another party here, we'll definitely request him. He took great care of us, helped us decorate, and made sure we had everything we needed. My only complaint is the time frame; 2 hours is not enough for 25+ kids plus adults. By the time everyone checked in, got socks and wristbands, they got about 30 minutes of playtime before being called for pizza. By the time pizza was passed out, they got another 30 minutes, and then we were packing up. It's just not worth it; I spent over $700 plus what I tipped our host. And I didn't get to partake in anything because I was trying to make sure everyone got checked in, making sure everyone got pizza. So, I paid $25 for myself just to pretty much make sure everything was organized. I would love to have another party for my son there because the facility itself is amazing, but the 2-hour time frame is insane for the amount of money...
