I just got a fill Friday for $50. Yes, $50. Not sure how a fill was $50 when I literally got a full set for $60 3 weeks prior. Anyway, got a fill Friday evening. Monday my thumb lifted all the way off. *ETA photo- a week later and I’m pretty sure this is fungus. 😐 - Added photo. Definitely fungus. I have never in all of my years of getting my nails done gotten fungus. Go to this dirty salon if you want. Will not be back as it seems from reviews and word of mouth that they charge whatever they feel like. I mean, I guess I’m glad I look like I have money…but I don’t have extra money to just frivolously through out like that. The board says $20+ and I still don’t understand how a basic French came to $50.

I went to this place to get a pedicure and I regret going there! The one lady that did my feet was rushing through it and everything she did was painful and I kept saying ouch, ouch!! The painting she did on my toes looked messy and I don’t think she cared! It too pricey to get a pedicure and not get it done right! I am highly disappointed and would never go there again! She was not gentle and couldn’t wait to get it done! Never in my life again. I don’t recommend this place at all. I wish I new the name of the lady. There were two there but it the lady that mostly does the nails and feet not the older lady! SMDH !!!! I wish I could even give it a zero

I am new to Columbus area but i really needed my nails done and badly. My job is a warehouse job very hard on the hands and fingernails. I told this to the lady who did my nails she recommended acrylic I did tips too so I could have the coffin style. She also added acrylic just over the tops to help them be stronger. I’ve Never been able to keep my nails long but I loved these I received many compliments and they lasted me more than 5 weeks. Just now starting to grow out to need redone.

I have been going here since I was 18.For over 10 years after my last visit I will not be returning. The wait time is ridiculous.Don always did my nails and I have no complaints for him.His wife Cynthia on the other hand is very rude and unprofessional. Some of the nail techs to.I went in there Friday to get me and my daughters nails done as I always do.The lady that did my baby’s nails hade a attitude about doing them. She came to me and asked if my daughter was getting her hands and feet painted and gave me a nasty look when I said yes. After being there for over a hour my daughters nail polish started to come off because there was no top coat applied and I could tell by looking at her nails.Instead of just fixing it I hade to have a debate with Cynthia.I couldn’t wait for Don so I asked Cynthia to do my nails. She hade a attitude the whole time while doing them.Kept trying to go back and forth with me about my daughters nails. Then says there not doing them anymore.Again she hade a nasty attitude the whole time.So I finally tell her that I have been coming there to long and I don’t appreciate her attitude and that I won’t be coming back. She tries to argue with me.Saying you always say that when I haven’t.My mom used to go there but doesn’t anymore due to the same issues. But this will definitely be my last visit. If your willing to deal with people who are unprofessional and have nasty attitudes this is the place for you.The only reason I went there for so long was Don but they won’t get my...

Make sure you have at least an hour to wait there. They close at 7:30, and I arrived at 7. My nails weren't started on until 8ish. I left around 9/9:30is. I appreciate the staff staying late to do my nails since I arrived before the closing time. But I'd rather them just turn me around. The quality was horrible. If they were going to rush on my nails I would have rather came back later. I feel like if you give them time to do it right, they would. But do not go anywhere close to closing time. They really shoulda been professional and told me that they close at 7:30 before I waited an hour to start on my nails. Pics to follow. These were taken as soon as i arrived home. I had polish all over my finger. My nail was chipped. A couple tips were extremely uneven. And there are little white streaks where it's supposed to be "clear" I feel like the skill of doing nails is definitely there. It was just a rushed job because they were trying to get home which is understandable. But tell me... No one should leave the shop spending $35 on this quality. And I'm stuck with these gel nails for at least...

I started going to Nail Tech when I was 16 yrs old. Not on a consistent basis. When I needed a nail service they would be my place. Things used to be great! My mom was also a loyal customer. Things started great!! Didn't end well I must say. My last 2 visits should have ended with dinner and bed time. First visit was for a full set overlay and pedi. Don is the only person there that was able to critique the specifics my nails required to last a full 2 weeks. Needless to say the visit for my balance required a wait time of 4 damn hours after working an 8 hr shift at work. As a mother this is no way acceptable!! My second balance came after I visited 2 times and was told the wait was worse than the previous. They have no regard for other ppls time. I returned for repairs the day after a balance and waited 2 hrs before I left angrily and not to ever return!! They lost me as a customer. Not a good place to go if you want someone specific to do your nails. You'll be waiting a long time regardless of the service you want. They cant keep a decent staff...
