So I was at this restaurant a week ago, and the Customer Service that they had in this restaurant was extremely poor. The tables were so dirty and when we called out to have them clean it, they kept ignoring us on the table and we had to wait more than two hours for our orders to Receive in our table, and the people on the front desk were so rude and just a day ago when I call when I call in this restaurant to put some order in for takeout the person who pick up the phone was extremely rude and told us that if you cannot wait for your order to get ready, then you can stop calling us And you shouldn’t be placing order in this kind of restaurant and and when we were there for dining, they wouldn’t even give us a menu to look at the customer who was there to eat from the next table literally got up and gave us a menu so that we could look And when we told them like how long do we have to wait for the food to get ready? they will keep on complaining about not enough people being in the kitchen and blah blah blah and when we told him that OK we are we’re probably gonna leave so you can just cancel our order and they were like didn’t give it didn’t even give a damn about customers. The least they could do was clean the table. We had to sit in a dirty table that had all the food spilling and we just got up and left. This is the worst category in the whole Reynoldsburg area. I would not recommend you to go unless you wanna be humiliated by the staff member Thank you so much and also I can post some pictures here if you guys don’t believe or matter of fact, you guys can just go and see it for yourself in...
Read moreSerendipitous discovery. We were looking for a place with quick Indian-type street food, and landed on this place via Google maps using proximity of Indian food to Easton mall. Strictly, this is a Nepalese restaurant, but lot of similarity to Indian. It was a great experience overall (see my caveats below). We ended up staying for the food. We ordered chicken pakoras' (fritters), momos' in a couple of iterations, and their spicy chowmein (spelt chaumin by the restaurant). The food was hot diggity bomb. If you want a shot of Indian / Nepalese food and don't mind my caveats below, do give them a chance.
This is a brand new establishment, still waiting for their liquor license but this is imminent. The surrounding lot is in need of TLC. The interior is spartan. Which is why I downgraded the atmosphere. But it was not a show stopper for us. By far not a fine dining, but a great food was my objective. If you can overlook this atmosphere caveat, as we did, it is a great stop for people digging for Indo-Nepalese street food. I wish I had taken a few extra pics but we were so hungry, we forgot.
The owner is friendly. They deserve some...
Read moreI don’t generally like to give bad reviews But this place cracked me up. Being new I can understand slow service! But hair in the food?? Sorry I can’t take it ! We ordered chicken curry which was extremely ordinary and found out there was hair ! I also ordered naan! So food came after almost 45 mins! The lady served us noodles and chicken curry. We reminded her that we also ordered naan and she looked surprised. Then the guy came and said naan is on the way! After 5 minutes he came back and told us sorry we can’t serve you naan as the 3 customers took it. Are you kidding ? Is this the reason you are giving to us when you are out of naan? Also please never order pan fried noodles. They are super tasteless. I would never ever recommend this place to anyone and ofcourse won’t go back...
