This is the worst thrift store I’ve ever been to. The women who work here are so rude, fake, and shady. The girl who helped me the first time I came was super rude. When I asked for assistance (I was going to ask to see the rings) the manager sent her over. Her first words to me were “what do you want?”. I was so shocked and taken back I paused. She grew annoyed so I just moved on and continued with my request. Really?!? All that attitude before I even opened my mouth to her. I’m not even going to speculate why.... The next day I realized I left some purchased items there on accident. When I asked the blonde manager for help she was rude and short. Turns out they restocked them instead of holding them for me and I had to repurchase the stuff I had already bought.... I get that maybe some of you hate your job. I wouldn’t want to work at a thrift store either. But you still need to act professional and treat people with respect. I came in positive and got negativity in return. Don’t worry, you won’t see my face in this store again. It’s a shame because the store itself...
Read moreI have visited two locations (Henderson Rd and Harrisburg Pike). Neither have changing rooms. The prices are high. I can get cheaper brand new items on a clearance rack at a regular store. You can not trust the color tag on the item is actually part of the discount color. The times I have been in there I have been told "that item is not part of the sale". You do not know till you get up to cash register. The person smugly smiles at you with what I call, "gotcha ya" look. I hand it back and say "forget it". Another thing about color tags. Look at the name if the color, not the color as they have different shades of a color. Actually just avoid store, especially the one one on Henderson Rd. There are better alternatives and...

Baffles me how this store can charge so much for stuff they got for free and still not pay their employees a living wage. (They were hiring starting at $14 an hour, which isn't horrible, but it's certainly not good). The whole place seems unabashedly exploitative of people in poverty.
One More Time beats this place in terms of prices, cleanliness, ethics, selection, atmosphere, and any other possible...
